My nails are crooked theyāre also filed crooked when I mentioned something about it. He kept saying he was going to fix it. I still paid $60. I ended up going to my car and looking at them. I decided that I wanted to go back in and confront her about my nails cause I feel I work hard to make my money so why not get what I asked for Upon me showing him a picture of how I usually get my nails the first thing he did because it was others in the shop was trying to give me my money back and said he didnāt want any issues. I said that I am not a confrontational person I donāt want my money back. I just want my nails fixed and I want what I asked for what I paid for.
He told me I had to wait 45 minutes, which ended up turning into an hour and a half. He kept switching doing my hand in another personās hand instead of just doing my hand and getting me out the way since I had been waiting so long he had an attitude when I was trying to explain the problems that I see that is wrong with my head. I mentioned to him that I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know when thereās something wrong with my nails I went to school for it. He kept trying to say it was the color, but I kept saying, sir. It doesnāt matter what color you put on top of acrylic nails if the foundation is not properly laid right then everything looks messy. So we reached the end of my service and he asked me is that good enough for you? Do you like them now I didnāt say anything because I sent the attitude in sarcasm and what he said then he proceeded to say you can leave now. I already felt like he was stereotyping me. I never got rude or raise my voice nor use any foul language so to be treated as such was horrifying to me and I have been to them at least 3 to 4 times so I found this very devastating. I now know this is a salon that I will never recommend to anyone if thatās how they conduct their self with their customers. As an entrepreneur myself of being in business for eight years, that is not the way how you talk to people nor handle dispute about a Service.
