I have came to this salon many times and my nails have lasted me up to 3-4 weeks without even one falling off. they can do pretty much anything you ask if you show them a picture! Lily did an excellent job and was very sweet and kind!

5 /5 Alexis Godbee: My sister and I were able to get in right away and had amazing service! Some nail salons act like you’re burdening them but that was not the case here. Everyone was so nice and it was very clean inside. I was happy that it did not smell strongly of chemicals like some other nail salons! We both got basic pedicures and it was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My sister got acrylics and they took their time to get them perfectly shaped and painted with a shimmery ombré look. The pricing is also very reasonable. I am very happy with my experience and can’t recommend this place enough!

1 /5 JJK Family: I have been to this nail salon on multiple occasions. However, I am NOT satisfied with their service this time. I’ve never in my life had a manicure done this sloppily. The polish is unevenly applied, with noticeable streaks, globs of polish on the skin around the nail, & significant imperfections on the nail. The lumpy nail itself indicates a poorly done Filing and buffing process that lacks neatness and precision. I politely voiced my concerns and pointed out the many flaws but they did not care or offer to fix this mess, so I just paid for it and left.

Elaine Foster: I received the worst pedicure ever and all I asked them to do was make sure all the old polish was off and file the rough edges I have! Around my toenails. I was told by the lady who did my pedicure that she could not get all the old polish off and proceeded to just paint over it around the edges of my toenails where visible. I asked the man running the front desk if he could try. He took a look at my toenails and made excuses why it wouldn’t come off like I must of used gel which I didn’t and that I had the old polish on too long! I just painted my toenails 2 weeks ago on my own. He seemed “put off” by my simple request and didn’t act like he even cared. He told me I needed to go to a podiatrist for what I was wanting them to do and that I was disrespecting them!!! I responded and said that I had had a lot of pedicure in my lifetime but never had a problem with anything like this and that he was the one being disrespectful to a customer. He pretty much said that they are a busy salon and they don’t need my business!! I can not believe how I was treated and I was not angry or loud for me to be disrespectful at all!! I told home I was going to go to Elegant nails down the street and get this fixed! So that is what I did!! They were very pleasant to me and filed and worked in my toes and suggested to do a little darker color since my previous polish had gotten underneath the nail and it was stained. But they fixed my problem as best they could!! ! I have no idea why I was treated that way at Express on Neil in Champaign but they will NOT be getting any business from me in the future!!! Brooks Osmundson: Update: Another excellent set from John! I can’t recommend him enough!! Just got a fresh set from John and the entire experience was fantastic! Booked the appointment last minute (pretty much a walk in), there was little to no wait, and while they did change up the tech on me, I really couldn’t be happier with John’s work. The shape is exactly what I wanted and he made sure I was able to give my full opinion. I left feeling gorgeous and heard Of course I got compliments from the first woman that say them!! I’ll definitely go back in 2 weeks to see John!

rue yets: I don’t know what guy did my nails, but he was super nice. I enjoyed my service and he didn’t cut me or anything like that and this is the first time I’ve never been cut by a nail artist so it was a very good experience. The nails are super nice and there’s no lumps or anything like that Which is another good experience since most nails around Champaign shops they usually are lumpy. He took his time when filing and buffing my nails and the service is a 10 out of 10 The person I went with Was with this other guy and he did a very good job too. The design on her nails were awesome. The price also wasn’t bad at all. It was $77 which is a good price for these nails cause I got chrome on top and gel. The staff was really nice too, and very gracious

I initially asked for a pedicure and an overlay for my nails but after being cut in my cuticle, and having this end result i decided to go else where. They didn’t refund me but after asking for over an hour for someone else to fix it, another lady finally came and assisted my pedicure and cleaned up what the other woman left. I will not be returning… They also spoke openly in English and harshly about other customers after they left their shop, while other customers while present.I didn’t feel welcome at all and I’m a great tipper and very simple customer… Normally I don’t leave reviews but after this I truly felt like I had no choice $60 later and felt horrible after I left. Please do better. Good luck!
