    1 /5 Shauna James: This was the worst experience ever. I initially asked for a pedicure and an overlay for my nails but after being cut in my cuticle, and having this end result i decided to go else where. They didn’t refund me but after asking for over an hour for someone else to fix it, another lady finally came and assisted my pedicure and cleaned up what the other woman left. I will not be returning… They also spoke openly in English and harshly about other customers after they left their shop, while other customers while present.I didn’t feel welcome at all and I’m a great tipper and very simple customer… Normally I don’t leave reviews but after this I truly felt like I had no choice $60 later and felt horrible after I left. Please do better. Good luck!
    1 /5 Dakota Thrasher: I got my nails done 4 days ago and 2 have already broke! I payed 60 dollars for a fill and it hasn’t even lasted me a week! I used to love going here especially for the convenience. If you do decide to go here ask for Kevin! Everyone else cannot shape a nail for the life of them.

    2 /5 Susanna Campbell: Hadnt been here in a couple years and was very disappointed with a full set of nails. Poorly done, tech didnt like my questioning of the shape of nails. Two were put on crooked and were too wide causing the nails to look horrible. The tech own nails were dirty underneath. Shouldnt she be required to wash her hands after each client. Nice pedicure. But will not being returning.
    5 /5 kaylyn catters: This salon has become my favorite spot for self-care. The ambiance is peaceful, and the chairs are so comfortable. My manicure was flawless and done with care. The customer service is always top-notch.

    Nevaeh Murray: the lady that did my nails was very quick and the man who did my pedicure was very relaxing and did a great job. They also got me an appointment the same day - they are friendly and very clean. the one thing is that i do find it a little more on the expensive side. Other than that it’s great! Thanks!

    Amber Staton: I came in and told them that I needed my nails done for my maternity shoot. The guy who usually does my nails pushed me off on a 18 year-old girl who hasn’t been doing it very long so he could sit in his chair and play on his phone the whole time. I was charged full price for these nails And this is what I get to deal with for my maternity shoot. I would have highly recommended them before this now I won’t go back. It’s sad that this is what I’m going to remember every time I look at my pictures.

    Sabrina: So it had been over 5 years since I last got a hair cut. The last haircut was a very short pixie cut. So I was in desperate need of a cut as I had lots of split ends and it would tangle so easily. Jess was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted with just the few things I mentioned. One of the things I mentioned was how tangled my very long hair would get even moments after brushing it so she did a rough cut before we went to wash it and it made the whole process a lot easier for both of us as most of the damaged hair was gone. I also enjoyed how easy she was to talk to and we had a great conversation while she was doing my hair. I will definitely be coming back to have Jess do my hair again.
