5 /5 Brooks Osmundson: Update: Another excellent set from John! I can’t recommend him enough!! Just got a fresh set from John and the entire experience was fantastic! Booked the appointment last minute (pretty much a walk in), there was little to no wait, and while they did change up the tech on me, I really couldn’t be happier with John’s work. The shape is exactly what I wanted and he made sure I was able to give my full opinion. I left feeling gorgeous and heard Of course I got compliments from the first woman that say them!! I’ll definitely go back in 2 weeks to see John!

1 /5 lisa winters: We are a group of 4 that get our nails done together on a regular basis, usually every 3-4 weeks. This isn’t our regular salon but Elegant was open on a Sunday and that was the only day we were available. 1st off, I can’t have color on my nails for my job and asked for clear dip. It was a light pink but they kept promising me it would dry differently. My lady was pretty rough, we were the only 4 in the nail salon and they sat us in completely different tables like we were all in trouble. Within a week, all 4 of us had cracks in our nails. I had to go to my regular salon (Luxury❤️❤️) at 9 days and get a complete redo as 3 had already broke. They were shocked at the quality of my manicure. I paid $65 with tip and I will never return. I highly recommend Luxury, you’ll get 3-4 weeks out of your manicure!

5 /5 Jessica Chtilianova: very smooth and efficient experience getting french tip gel x set. $60 full set very reasonable. was able to set an appointment day of easily. was able to remove my acrylics and do a dip manicure for $55. came back to do a full set acrylics and Lindsey was very patient and efficient with the whole process! Third time was with Lindsey as well and I felt taken care of! Lee did a fantastic, meticulous job on my dip set! only downside is the chairs at this salon all need upgrading for both the customers and workers so it’s not as uncomfortable to be serviced here. My back hurts:(

2 /5 Dawn Chung: I’m really happy with how my dip nails turned out! However, I think the technicians could exercise more caution during the preparation process. While smoothing my nails, the technician also ended up filing the sides of my fingers, which caused me to bleed a little and left some areas burning with scars. I’d like to ask for gentle handling and sanitary precaution to make the experience more pleasant.
