1 /5 Mika Fauke: Came here only for a STYLE for my brothers wedding and Brenda cut my hair without asking me first. When I reached out for a refund and asked why she cut it, she said that my curls wouldn’t hold because of the split ends. You should NEVER cut a customer’s hair without asking. Never. Now that I’m back in my home state it’s going to cost me $85 to get whatever she did to it fixed. Do not recommend Brenda.

She unlocked he door and I ask if they take walk-ins. She rolled her eyes and said yes but much later. Im not upset for being told to wait but she was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Ilona worked her magic—she’s quick, knows her stuff, and gave me exactly what I asked for. The salons vibe is laid-back but professional, and the prices are super reasonable. I paid around $80 for a cut and color, which is a steal for the quality. Definitely found my new go-to spot!

Beauty salon - Chicago Susan Liu: Really liked the end result but Russian manis take forever. I was squirming in my seat after the 1.5 hour mark and I got the most basic gel polish option. They also don’t provide gloves to protect against the UV lights. My nail tech cut my cuticles too deep and I was sensitive, swollen and puffy for a few days after. Overall the mani looks great and it super long lasting since they cut the cuticles super deep
