When I reached out for a refund and asked why she cut it, she said that my curls wouldn’t hold because of the split ends. You should NEVER cut a customer’s hair without asking. Never. Now that I’m back in my home state it’s going to cost me $85 to get whatever she did to it fixed. Do not recommend Brenda.

They also don’t provide gloves to protect against the UV lights. My nail tech cut my cuticles too deep and I was sensitive, swollen and puffy for a few days after. Overall the mani looks great and it super long lasting since they cut the cuticles super deep
