5 /5 Samantha Money: This salon is absolutely amazing! The service is top-notch, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every time I leave, I feel fantastic. When I first came in, my hair was severely damaged from my previous stylist, but they truly care about hair health and have completely transformed mine. The entire team is professional, talented, and a joy to be around. Lira is incredible with weft extensions, and her haircuts are flawless. I used to feel nervous about getting my hair cut, but she has an amazing eye for detail, and every cut has been the best I’ve ever had. The entire team is extremely talented and works together to create a great experience. They could not be nicer or more pleasant to be around! I’m so glad I found this salon—I’ll never go anywhere else! I highly recommend Lira Guzi Salon!

2 /5 Chicago girl Reviews: I decided to try Lira Guzzle Salon since my original hairstylist was overbooked, and I wanted to be ready for my yearly Christmas meeting in the city. I just wanted a balayage touch-up, and while the lady there was very nice and friendly, she unfortunately ruined my hair. Even my regular hairstylist questioned why I went there. Additionally, while I was on the phone speaking to a cousin, a staff member approached me and told me not to speak Spanish, which was shocking and inappropriate. Although she later apologized, it was not the right way to address a client. On a positive note, everyone, including the receptionist, was very friendly, and the aesthetic of the salon was great. However, it was upsetting that my hair was ruined.

5 /5 M.: Love my hair (highlights/coloring/cut/styling) thanks to Lira! I just had my appointment yesterday and once again left with beautifully colored and styled hair. Lira is always professional and knowledgeable. She advised me on the best approach to my thin hair and coloring it often and we still achieve the results I want. Love it! Every time I am at the salon Lira and all the other stylists are busy taking care of all customers and friendly with everyone. I love the atmosphere in the salon. Absolutely recommend the salon!
