1 /5 Sydney Franklin: Worst experience EVER!! went in originally with a balayage from my natural brown to blonde. I asked for my natural brown hair with some light highlights. I showed them pictures on my phone and since its a school, I told them if they couldnt do it / it was too hard, I would be perfectly fine with just all over brown. Before they started I told them please I dont want any of this blonde at the bottom and they said yeah yeah no worries. After 7 hours of sitting in their chair, with the teacher (COLLEEN) coming over checking every step, she "ok"ed it and I could only see the top and it wasnt what I wanted but Ive had blonde hair so I didnt mind because whatever, its a school. Then a day or two later I went on vacation and out my hair in a pony tail and had my dad take a picture of what my hair looked like. When I tell you I almost cried….. it was horrible. How could the teacher ok this hair?? I came back from my vacation and immediately got it fixed at another hair salon that charged me more than they wouldve if I just hadnt went to this school. I called the school and asked if there was anything they could do, but she said no and that I wouldve had to gone back to them, they couldve fixed it. I was there for SEVEN hours, it was $90, so of course Im not going to go back after that. They didnt even offer me a water or anything! Ive gotten my hair done by multiple student salons before and it has never been this horrible. I highly recommend NOT COMING HERE! (These photos were taken a week to a week and a half after they did my photos, so the highlights being THIS orange is insane.)

5 /5 Carol G: I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. All the girls have been very professional and Colleen is always there for them if they have any questions and she is awesome. She recommended something for my hair that I’ve never had done before and I loved it. I will continue to come back for all of my hair needs, and they have products as well. I would recommend.

1 /5 Rachel M: They should close this school down. This is one of the worst schools that these students attend. They don’t learn professionalism as one of their skills. I guess it’s from the lack of knowledge of it from the teachers. Regardless of making an amount well in advance, they still will call to tell you your appointment needs to be cancelled only a few minutes before your time. When you actually do get an appointment, you are greeting to mediocre furnishings and atmosphere. Feels like they are not learning cosmetology but thanatology.

1 /5 Maddie Cleveland: This was pretty awful. I waited 40 minutes past my set time to even get sat. I just wanted an all over black. (I’m a natural brunette). I’m low maintenance, I just wanted it black and I’ll be happy. I understand they’re students, so I trust the teacher will catch any mishaps before I walked out. Huge chunks of my hair are brown that they just missed, as you can see in the picture. It’s right at the front of my face. I came back a couple days later to ask to have it touched up, one of the teachers fought me and told me I’m lying when I showed her pictures (woman with short gray hair). I came to her nicely and I easily got defensive because I wasn’t going to be told I’m some crazy lady trying to get my hair done for free. I paid 3-4 times the original price because I have A LOT of hair and I was okay with that! The charge was to mix more dye to make sure all my hair was covered. So I paid more to not even get what was promised. She was mean and really unwelcoming. I don’t even blame the students being students, leaders should be nice and admit there was a mistake! She scheduled me reluctantly and I didn’t even want to go back because of how rude she was to me.
