I felt real nervous and insecure about my smile and procedure..her and her staff made me feel so comfortable..You can tell its not just a job to them..that the really do care about there patients .. I definitely recommend anyone to go to her especially if your having a hard time finding a dentist that will make you feel comfortable..They are so great...

1 /5 Christine _: My daughter had terminal cancer but needed a sharp edge on a tooth fixed. My daughter also non verbal autistic but she was very compliant with exam. Dentist knew our situation and was beyond rude. After exam one of the techs felt so bad for us she gave me a hug after dentist stomped off. Great staff tho

1 /5 Steven Shores: Worst experience at a dentist yet. Google wouldnt let me post negative stars, or I would have. Darlene threw her instruments down and stomped out of the room, yelling, "well get to the cavities when we get to them, I guess." All because I asked,"Didnt my wife talk to you guys about being ok with not pushing on my teeth individually with a pointy metal probe?" (due to sensitivity and was cleared prior to the appointment) After that, I got to sit alone in the chair, bibb still on for what felt like forever (15-20 minutes) before the hygienist came in and apologized for the dentists behavior. On the way out, the receptionist apologized and asked my wife to talk to me before scheduling another appointment. Needless to say, I think my whole family will find a different dentist from now on.

4 /5 Steven Barker: Dr. Hildebrand is probably the best dentist I have ever been treated by. She is super helpful and super friendly. She does a great job of explaining things. I would leave 5 stars, but there are a couple members of the staff that I find to be abrasive, rude, and quite frankly they talk down to me every time I speak to them. Dr. Hildebrand is a 5 star experience. Her staff who make the phone calls are a blemish on what would otherwise be the perfect dental experience. If I ever successfully get through a phone call with one of them without being angry, I will possibly upgrade this to a 5.
