From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, every single staff member that you encounter are friendly, caring and outgoing. They go above and beyond for you even if you’re not typically one of their patients. That means a lot! I was having bad tooth pain and knew that I needed a root canal. I did some research and was found Cottage Dental. They were able to get me in for an emergency exam the day after I called. And had me on the schedule the next week for my root canal. During my initial exam, Dr. Krug shaved my tooth down just enough to where my bite wasn’t putting anymore pressure in it. Immediate pain reliever! When leaving, They thoroughly explained pricing and insurance and talked to Dr. Krug about when to get me in for my root canal and I overheard him say “let’s get her in as soon as possible she’s in a lot of pain” I was scheduled within 7 days for my root canal which was yesterday. It was the easiest experience. Dr. Krug really takes his time to handle you with care and do it correctly! He does not rush through a single step. So Incase you’ve never had one and are nervous like I was- don’t be! I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. The soreness after the numbing wore off only lasted just for that day but i was able to relieve that with ibuprofen & Tylenol as if nothing happened. I return for my crown in a couple weeks. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate everyone at Cottage Dental for taking great care of me. If you’re looking for a great Dentist and staff who really care, this is your place to go!

Stephanie Strohaker: I needed teeth pulled pre-surgery. It was my second extraction, the first being a tiny wisdom tooth. I was numbed on BOTH SIDES FOR A DOUBLE PULLING when one was supposed to be filled by an associate across town, the computer in my room didn’t work because it was “so far back” so I was questioned about my questioning. He pulled the tooth that was supppsed to be filled, leaving me with a crumbled tooth.(I was late for her appt. (10 min.) (BEFORE NECROTIC HIP SURGERY) so she SHUNNED me. Anyway, rely on good nurse, I haven’t even been back for my records. End.
