1 /5 Fat Guy: Broke down on I55 at Goshen Rd. B&K towed us from there to Hosick Motors in Vandalia, $265 for 50 miles(actually 46 specifically) which was expensive but expected. Hosick couldnt fix the car so several days later it was towed again by Kellys Auto, at Hosicks recommendation, because , Kellys , was one of two that , Hosicks suggested. Kellys , towed the car to , Casey Summers , dealership in Matoon. 60 miles, so 14 more miles than the original tow to Hosicks. Total for the second tow was $467.78. An additional $200 bucks for those additional 14 miles. Its a matter of their rate being nearly double that of B&K towing. Ill be calling Hosick to recommend that they stop recommending Kelly Auto. Be careful out there.

Carl Bulanek: This guy is awesome! Time will tell about the product because I just finished installing it. As of right now, works perfectly! The important part of this purchase is the wiring harness, so for me, even if the module only last a few years, easy plug and play fix. I called to order this kit and Tony answered the phone. I spent maybe five minutes answering a couple questions and giving my credit card info and the product was ordered. Later the same day, received a text from Tony with my shipping tracking number. The product arrived cross country with a few days. I rewatched the Utube video Tony created for the installation and installed the product. It worked for one cycle and blew a fuse. I called Tony and he immediately answered again (during his lunch break). I sent him pictures of my installation and he recognized I hooked a wire to a brown and blue wire and not the black and blue wire as he instructed. He was super helpful and understanding and didn’t make we feel like an idiot. I can’t say enough about the customer service and reasonableness of the price of this purchase. I’m in Arizona and shop rates here exceed $150 an hour. My experience is this guy will do whatever it takes to get you up and running and stands by his product. I highly recommend picking up this product.

Ed Smalley: I had two tires on the inside of my dual wheel van separating on the treads. They also pointed out that even though the remaining tires were in perfect condition, they were 10 years old and probably would do the same thing soon. And left it up to me to decide if I wanted to replace the other two tires. Which I did! There were no tires my size in stock. McDowels Service had replacements the next morning for me, and they allowed me to spend the night in my RV in their parking lot that night. After completing the job, they asked me to drive it for a few days and to bring it back to check the air and lug nuts to make sure everything would be safe for my journey home. I highly recommend McDowels for good work, professional service, and just really nice people.
