Ed Smalley I had two tires on the inside of my dual wheel van separating on the treads. They also pointed out that even though the remaining tires were in perfect condition, they were 10 years old and probably would do the same thing soon. And left it up to me to decide if I wanted to replace the other two tires. Which I did! There were no tires my size in stock. McDowels Service had replacements the next morning for me, and they allowed me to spend the night in my RV in their parking lot that night. After completing the job, they asked me to drive it for a few days and to bring it back to check the air and lug nuts to make sure everything would be safe for my journey home. I highly recommend McDowels for good work, professional service, and just really nice people.

Traveling with Turk After traveling through their area, I picked up a nail on the interstate and pulled off into vandalia. 2 other places didnt seem interested in helping a traveler so I went here as a last resort. Should have gone here first. They got me rolling in about 20 minutes and had a fun conversation with the guy fixing my tire. Thanks guys!

I could not be more impressed with the cordial, professional, and skilled response. What a gift this business is to the community and travelers alike!

Alyson Zaborowski Driving from Ohio to Colorado and kept having brake problems in our Jeep. Found these guys online, gave them a call, and they were happy to try and squeeze us in before they closed. The problem ended up being bigger than we originally thought but they were willing to stay late to help out. They were so personable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Fat Guy Broke down on I55 at Goshen Rd. B&K towed us from there to Hosick Motors in Vandalia, $265 for 50 miles(actually 46 specifically) which was expensive but expected. Hosick couldnt fix the car so several days later it was towed again by Kellys Auto, at Hosicks recommendation, because , Kellys , was one of two that , Hosicks suggested. Kellys , towed the car to , Casey Summers , dealership in Matoon. 60 miles, so 14 more miles than the original tow to Hosicks. Total for the second tow was $467.78. An additional $200 bucks for those additional 14 miles. Its a matter of their rate being nearly double that of B&K towing. Ill be calling Hosick to recommend that they stop recommending Kelly Auto. Be careful out there.

Will Gorman We stopped here when a trip from Ohio to Missouri was interrupted by the check engine light on our minivan. They were too booked to do a full tuneup the same day but they were able to fit us in to just replace the ignition coil on the cylinder indicated by the error code. That was enough to get us back on the road and make it home. Even though we didnt have a lot of options and were obviously needing to do whatever was necessary to get it fixed the price was very reasonable.

Went to Steve brubacker in Litchfield got newer car less money and payments was low I was able to add 100k mile warranty and payment was still lower. Jennings cant beat that deal.

We transport vehicles for Chrysler and are from Missouri. We still had a good ways to go to get home and he was a literal savior. Karen S. Great place with friendly and helpful staff. I had ordered a certain tire fir my truck and made an appointment for putting them on, alignment, and oil change. I had worked the night before and when I got there was told my tires had not gotten on the truck. James recommended a different tire and even applied the lower price from my original tire order to the ones he had. I couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome. Love the tires and the service! Carl Bulanek This guy is awesome! Time will tell about the product because I just finished installing it. As of right now, works perfectly! The important part of this purchase is the wiring harness, so for me, even if the module only last a few years, easy plug and play fix. I called to order this kit and Tony answered the phone. I spent maybe five minutes answering a couple questions and giving my credit card info and the product was ordered. Later the same day, received a text from Tony with my shipping tracking number. The product arrived cross country with a few days. I rewatched the Utube video Tony created for the installation and installed the product. It worked for one cycle and blew a fuse. I called Tony and he immediately answered again (during his lunch break). I sent him pictures of my installation and he recognized I hooked a wire to a brown and blue wire and not the black and blue wire as he instructed. He was super helpful and understanding and didn’t make we feel like an idiot. I can’t say enough about the customer service and reasonableness of the price of this purchase. I’m in Arizona and shop rates here exceed $150 an hour. My experience is this guy will do whatever it takes to get you up and running and stands by his product. I highly recommend picking up this product.
