1 /5 Tashona: I appreciate that Maria was able to get me in right away. However, the service was not acceptable. The stylist braiding was entirely too tight. This type of braiding is damaging to the hair. Despite wincing in pain, she continued to braid too tight. On top of that, I paid $40 more than I normally pay for the same style. Two days later, I am taking it down. My scalp is not only sore, but irritated and bumps are all over the hairline. Then to top it off she sealed the crochet braids with nail glue. This was a terrible experience.

5 /5 Rhonda J: I went to Marias about three weeks ago and I love my braids. My head wasnt sore from the braiding either . She and the other staff members were courteous, professional and the shop was clean. I would definitely recommend this place!

1 /5 DONNA MENDOZA: I went on Saturday to have 4 braids done with hair added so today is Tuesday i made several attempts to try to call Maria to let her know that the braids are already lose . I called yesterday when i first noticed how lose they had become in two days. This is not my first time getting braids and if wrapped at night can last on me for about a week and a half. i wanted to give her the opportunity to make it right . NO ANSWER ALL DAY FOR TWO DAYS. so $60 bucks done the drain because i have to take them down because they look awful separating from my head. i dont recommend
