1 /5 Preston Smith: Extremely unprofessional. I have been a customer there for 1-2 years, and usually get charged $40 per tire (no price is EVER negotiated before they change them). This time was different. When they get done, I hand them my $40, and he asks to hold onto my Drivers License until I get him $10 more for a total of $50. Seriously? Never ran off on the dude before in my life. I will never go back again, half the time they give used tires with almost no tread anyway. Seriously, go find someone better. UPDATE: He sold me a tire that was patched on the inside on the sidewall to top it off, it popped with a ton of tread still on it, AND it was the wrong size, 215/60R16 is what he gave me when I specifically asked for 205/60R16. I would highly recommend not going here.

1 /5 Maghan Ann: absolutely devastating, i had weights come off a tire so i needed tires balanced and figured id get them rotated while i was at it. He stripped my lugnuts and now have to replace my wheel bearing. i left with 3 lugnuts on my wheel (didn’t use a star pattern putting them on either) and also put all 4 lugnut covers on wrong cracking them. Costing me $200 to have it fixed which is very tough during the holidays.

1 /5 Ethan Crouse: Nice people however probably the 2nd worst experience Ive had. Ive never spent as much as I did at this place on a used tire. They forgot one of my lug nuts, so now I have to replace it myself. I was treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. I checked all of my lugs, No way Im getting thoes off by hand. This aint hustle, its a business. As a paying customer, I expect to do fair buissness, and not be treated like its a street sale. Personally I wont be going back.

1 /5 George Medlin: I had been here a couple of times before and thought they did OK and the price wasnt too extreme, Plaza Tire was cheaper but I was trying to support small business. So I thought I would let them do a rotate and balance on my company van. They had only worked on my personal van in the past, the only difference is that one has a name on it and one is plain. The last time I stopped in it was a nice day and there was only one guy in the shop. I asked for and had no issued getting a rotate and balance done and they charged me $40.00. Today I stop in and there are two guys, its cold and standing in front of the sign that clearly says $40.00 I am told it will cost me $80.00. It is a real shame, I thought I had found my "Honest shop" So much for supporting small business. Plaza has a coupon on their website for the same service at $25.00 and if I go to Paducah Walmart charges $2.50 per tire, $10.00, Why would anyone pay these guys $80.00? Needless to say I will not be back.
