Ted Kemp Had a tire belt come apart on a trip from Marion to Paris tn. At Paducah bridge on way back felt the truck start to vibrate. Made to rest area to check. Looked like it was a belt issue in tire. Remembered plaza was just up the road. Pulled in and they confirmed tire was ready to come apart. Had tires to put on the truck,And took it right in. Very pleased with service man and shop workers. Had me back on the road in just an hour. Go plaza!!!

Vance VanKirk Wife and daughter were on a girls trip from Wisconsin. Had a nail in the tire. These guys got them straight in and ultimately put four tires on and prices were cheap. Thank you guys for saving my loved ones. You are Rock stars. This is how people treat people. Bravo

John Konertz Only reason for only a 4 star is they originally gave estimate for wrong size tire, then when they went to install tires they only had 3 of the correct size tires. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review. Service writers were both very friendly, and did everything they could to try to save me money. Would recommend.

Preston Smith Extremely unprofessional. I have been a customer there for 1-2 years, and usually get charged $40 per tire (no price is EVER negotiated before they change them). This time was different. When they get done, I hand them my $40, and he asks to hold onto my Drivers License until I get him $10 more for a total of $50. Seriously? Never ran off on the dude before in my life. I will never go back again, half the time they give used tires with almost no tread anyway. Seriously, go find someone better. UPDATE: He sold me a tire that was patched on the inside on the sidewall to top it off, it popped with a ton of tread still on it, AND it was the wrong size, 215/60R16 is what he gave me when I specifically asked for 205/60R16. I would highly recommend not going here.

Maghan Ann absolutely devastating, i had weights come off a tire so i needed tires balanced and figured id get them rotated while i was at it. He stripped my lugnuts and now have to replace my wheel bearing. i left with 3 lugnuts on my wheel (didn’t use a star pattern putting them on either) and also put all 4 lugnut covers on wrong cracking them. Costing me $200 to have it fixed which is very tough during the holidays.

DixonR I cant speak highly enough about everyone Burnham s I had an issue with my registration back in October and was towed to them, due to unfortunate circumstances it took almost 9 months to rectify. With it being such a long duration, they were gracious enough to work with me to reduce the price significantly. That way I could still have a car once everything was said and done. Without their kindness to a veteran I wouldnt have been able to afford getting my car back. Thanks again for the understanding and reducing the price I can only give 5 stars but the deserve 100!!!

My muffler was rusted out where it joined with exhaust pipe and it broke off around Atlanta. The whole way to Metropolis it sounded like a race car. Monday morning I stopped in but they couldnt do any work because of the power outage. Once power came back on, they got me in and fixed my problem within 15mins! Definitely saved me from being strangled by my wife the rest of the trip! :-D Thanks guys!!

Tony Morris I took my wife’s 2014 Jeep up to them today at 10:30am. They squeezed me in to look at the issue. Determined her vehicle was leaking coolant from the seals of the radiator. We are leaving for vacation on Monday morning, they found me a new radiator, installed it in the time frame they said they could. Picked vehicle up at 3:30ish. No hidden charges, honest from the beginning until the end. And even, let me know of another issue, they quoted me the price to resolve that when I get back. You need high quality repair work done, fast and honest. This is definitely the place to go. Also, I was going to walk home and the owner had one of his employees take me home in his personal vehicle. Like I felt like a VIP today. Any further issues I have, A1 is the place for me!!

I called the first tire repair shop I could find, and that’s when I met Ralf. Ralf was incredibly accommodating and honest about the condition of my tire. You could tell he genuinely cares about both his work and his customers. And the fact that he helped me out on a Sunday? That meant a lot. If youre looking to support a solid mom-and-pop business and need tire repair, I highly recommend giving Ralf a call. You won’t regret it.

Andrea Hartman Ralf is an absolute treasure. He is upfront, honest, knows what he’s doing and goes above and beyond to help you. I broke down on my way back to Nashville from a dead alternator and was recommended to go to him as it was a Sunday evening and he very kindly took his time (on Super Bowl Sunday!) to help me. Within a moments notice he went and found an alternator, drove to pick it up himself, and let us come straight to him to replace it in a very timely fashion. He was transparent through the whole process and was super helpful with questions I had in the days following about other issues my car had that needed addressing. If he were in Nashville he would be my go to guy!

Randy hobbs We were on the road a 1000 miles or so from home with our 5th wheel and got a really bad vibration. We pulled off the interstate and we’re SO blessed to find Fast Track. The manger was amazing he got us right in and found a belt in our right tire had broken and was causing the vibration. He had his technician pull the spare down check the air in it and all the others tires too, balance it and install it we were on the road in no time at all ! It was SO wonderful to to find honest hard working people when you need them. Thank you !

Danielle Shank This is the best mechanic company I’ve ever worked with. I was on a family trip from Missouri to Florida when my truck broke down in Illinois in my newer truck, I called them and David personally came and picked up my truck with his car trailer to avoid towing fee. I continued on my trip because within the first 20 minute interaction I knew I was in good hands. He worked with my warranty company very well, taking all the steps and is putting a new transmission in my truck. They offered an outstanding transmission with a great warranty. Also updated me with pictures and text messages the whole time. All in all I would highly recommend this company. They are super easy to work with.

Tim D Brad the owner is a great person. We were on a road trip and hit a deer about 7 miles north of his shop. He came and picked us up (not enough room in the tow truck for three of us). He took the car apart and showed us the damage and got it fixed and us back on the road within 3 hours of calling him. The price was great too. I can’t say enough of how awesome Brad’s Auto Works is. Teresa the receptionist was also very kind and helpful. The only bad thing is we don’t live close enough to have him as our mechanic. If you live close or find yourself in the situation we had call them.

Tray E Brad has done several tint jobs for me and my family, as well as some body work too. Ive been very satisfied with all the work hes done for me. The tint has looked amazing, and body work has came back with deep rich smooth paint like a brand new car from the factory would have. On another car, paint was just as good, and from all angles, I couldnt tell that any repair work had been performed. Ive sent several people to him and have got good reports back from them all.

Lenny Copeland Mike is the most honest and best mechanic around. We bought an older Toyota and Mike has always taken care of us and fixed our car. If something is wrong with our car he is the first person I call. Just an all around great guy, fixes our car and makes sure its safe for my kids to be riding in.

Bee Lane best and most honest mechanic in illlinois. if i lived closer, id make him my go-to mechanic for all my car needs. hes really kind, knows what hes talking about, cares about his customers, and wont overcharge you for work. if you get stranded passing through, hes most definitely the first guy you wanna see - and if he cant see you, hell recommend you to a friend! you dont see men like that every day. (dont be deceived by the one star rating; id give him 10 if i could, we just promised him wed leave a lower star rating lol)
