1 /5 Jen McKittrick: Never had time to see my son for problems, staff was rude and unhelpful, braces had to come off early due to not teaching my son properly about them. Said all retainers were paid for when I paid them up front, but when he needed new retainers they charged me another $300. Thousand of dollars paid and it didnt do any good.....took my youngest to a different ortho and listening to them explain everything, show exactly what she needed to do to benefit from the braces. They really care about their young patients. Very impressive considering what we went though with this ortho and rude staff.
