1 /5 Jenni Lovsey: Why would I expect anything less but rudeness from employees who have their noses up in the air at the very mention that the poor get proper health or dental care! Are you demanding “proof” of income from the homeless too? Shouldn’t have to fight to get decent healthcare, oh wait healthcare is only for the rich. Edit: get there and when called out for giving clearly misinformation, the woman was extremely rude and tried to say that she didn’t say it when she most certainly did! She then stomped towards the front desk saying as rudely as she could “ I’m not dealing with this!.” What? Don’t like being called out for clearly lying to someone?

Derek Hauser: Thank you Katie for being very rude and unprofessional while I was on the verge of a mental health crisis. Not everything is black and white maam. Your attitude and demeaning tone was unwarranted. You should not be in an office dealing with potential mental health patients with the nasty attitude you have. After calling 3 other doctors I was able to get an appointment to get my medication.....without being demeaned or talked down to. Edit: I have been going to this office for over 10 years and the docs are great! This is my first terrible experience like this. I will be filing a formal complaint.

My son was very fearful about going to the orthodontist after we had a consultation appointment with the office in our hometown. I was also not happy with the other orthodontist. At Heintz & Bankhead the staff was great and the orthodontist restored both our confidence in having the work done. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, respectful, explained everything clearly and was very personalable. We will definitely be get the work done here!

Emily S: Feel free to go here if you’re okay with being lied to and reported for child abuse/medical negligence when you did nothing wrong. I had called the office (my daughter and I had been patients here for roughly 5 years) to see about getting her an interim appointment for her mental health situation. She’d already been referred to an NP specializing in mental health but the appointment was not for another week. When I called, I tried to explain to the nurse, JENNIFER, what my daughter was going through/to see if she could be seen. JENNIFER cut me off before I could finish my explanation and sternly demanded that I take my daughter to the ER. I advised I did not consent to this as my daughter was not in active crisis mode. JENNIFER then said “fine, then we’ll just send an ambulance to your home to take her.” I advised I did not consent to this either because again, my daughter was not in active crisis mode. JENNIFER then rudely told me she was going to talk to the doctor (the one my daughter had been seeing for a year) and then put me on hold for over 20 minutes. When she came back on, she advised that she was still talking to the doctor and said she’d call me back. JENNIFER did not call me back, so I called the doctor’s office myself to check on the status of the call. Another nurse named Paula answered, advised that JENNIFER wasn’t available, and when I asked if JENNIFER had talked to the doctor, Paula advised that JENNIFER wasn’t able to talk to the doctor because the doctor was with a patient. I was told no one was available and to seek help elsewhere. I signed my daughter up for an online telehealth appointment at that point just to get her some help. Lo and behold, the next day, my daughter was pulled out of class by DCFS and a police officer. Why? Because the doctor’s office had reported me for child abuse/medical negligence because I said I did not consent to forcibly taking my daughter to the ER when she was not in an active crisis. The DCFS visit scared my daughter to death and exacerbated her mental health issues that I tried to seek help for in the first place. DCFS also came to talk to me and advised the report never should have been made, it was groundless, not credible, that I did nothing wrong whatsoever, etc. The police officer said the same thing. I now have zero trust in Carlinville Family Health Care and have transitioned both my care and my daughter’s care elsewhere. So thank you, JENNIFER for falsely reporting me for medical negligence and for severely exacerbating my mental health conditions, my daughter’s mental health conditions, etc. She’s now being bullied at school for the DCFS visit. I have since filed a formal complaint against the medical staff responsible (JENNIFER ) at Carlinville Family Healthcare and have spoken to an attorney regarding defamation. A representative of Carlinville Family Healthcare has since called to profusely apologize. They also admitted the call never should have been made but apologies cannot undo the damage. JENNIFER, you clearly do not understand cause and effect, nor that your actions have consequences. It’s just a shame that my daughter and I are the ones who have to suffer those consequences due to your poor judgement and baseless accusations. I actively reached out to get help for my daughter at a medical facility yet you reported me for child abuse and medical negligence?? Oh, and thank you for lying to me about talking to the doctor when you clearly were not. SHAME. ON. YOU. I will also be reporting JENNIFER to DCFS for making false claims according to their complaint procedure.

Brandi Christian: I cant say enough good things about them. My son broke his 2 front teeth in pe. They got us in same day and fixed them right before my eyes. They were amazing with him, he is 12. I told them they are now going to be our family dentist because nobody is touching the teeth you just made !. Dr. Boente even was joking with my son who is a comedian. As a mom I was put at ease quickly in a very scary situation. I am attaching before and after photos to show the amazing work she did . The after photo was before she polished and shaped them up a little.
