DeCraenes Service Center, Harvard - Harvard Billie Lamb: Our family has had multiple vehicles over many years serviced by Tony DeCraene and his stunningly capable team, and we cant say enough about their services!
With each visit I think, "I should write a review so people know there is a mechanic out there who goes ABOVE and BEYOND in every area concerning their vehicles repair and maintenance!"
So today, when we were once again completely satisfied with their service, I decided it was time to write a review!
It would be hard to find a mechanic as trustworthy, knowledgeable, willing to explain the issues, skilled, proactive in catching potential problems, courteous, and personable as Tony DeCraene!
I shudder to think of the potential circumstances our entire family could have experienced had he not caught the problems and made the needed repairs over the years.
On one occasion my breaks went out in the mountains of Appalachia and I called Tony! He took the time to talk to a mechanic over the phone in order to help me get what was needed for my trip back home!
If it were possible to give more than 5 stars we would!!!
