2 /5 Alexandria Taylor: Ive gone here several times and previously had good experiences. This last time though was NOT good. I had a male nail tech Ive never had before and he was WAY too rough on my nails. I got my nails done 2 days ago and my fingers still hurt any time I use them. My nails are pretty, but they dont even reach the edges on my actual nails. Some of them are also crooked. But Ive been here before and knew they wouldnt be perfect. My main issue with my latest visit was that they were WAY too rough with my nails. The price isnt as good as it used to be (my particular service increased by $15 in 2 years), and it just is not worth it anymore. I will not be returning.

1 /5 Kierstyn Towers: I am not one to leave a review, but I’m just so saddened by my experience today. This is a reflection on a male tech not the rest of the workers at this salon. I have 3 month old twins and I was given a gift card, really excited to be pampered a bit as I’ve had an exhausting few months/postpartum is difficult. My leg massage which is always my favorite part lasted about 2 minutes total, one for each leg. And while I’m grateful when a tech tries to get ingrowns.. unfortunately it hurt very badly and I was left bleeding. I wiped most of the blood away as I was still bleeding when I got into my car. :( just for reference, one person getting a pedicure who started before me with a different worker was still getting a massage by the time I was walking out. I just really wanted a peaceful hour or so to myself. Now I’m just so sad. I won’t be returning to this nail salon.:(

1 /5 jeanie woodson: I showed the tech the picture first of what I wanted and he said absolutely! After 2 hours and him trying to cover the base of my nail with brown powder to make it “Ambre” Iike the photo I wanted, I gave up and left them solid blue. He said ‘sorry’ with a laugh and shrug and still had the nerve to charge me. Never again!

3 /5 Jamie Stafford: Went here this past Sunday for my mom’s birthday, and while the place was cute, I wasn’t fully happy with my service. My mom’s tech did a great job for her, but mine kind of lacked attention to detail. Did not do two coats to my black French tip, so you can see straight thru my nails (never had that anywhere else I’ve been). Also didn’t do a lot of cleanup, so I’ve been flaking off bits of the product around my nails since. Overall, I’m happy my mom got what she wanted, but I personally would not go again.
