More importantly, Fred took the time to explain the problem in layman’s terms. My overall impression is that this is a very honest and trustworthy business.     Joe Tejas: I came to 1st Class Auto Service to get my 1994 F-150 worked on when no one else would touch it. I was told by a different competitor that I needed a new engine and good luck finding someone that would do that. I had my truck towed there, upon my arrival I was treated with respect, and they were glad to help me out. It turned out that after their inspection, I did not need a new engine just a lot of reconstruction under the hood. John was amazing, he took his time and replaced everything that need to be fix and within a couple of days, he had my truck on the road when no one else could. Roy was amazing in finding the parts for my vehicle. I dont think there isnt a part he cannot find. 1st Class Auto Service is a first-class business. They are fair, honest and reliable. I am overly satisfied with their work. Thank you for what you do....

Never had a mechanic do that before. Ill definitly be going back. Great job and keep up the good work. When other places charge double he will tell you exactly whats wrong and fix it for half the price. Plus you might not even need what the other places trying to scam you into buying.
