    1 /5 Denise Gormley: Update: this is my response to the owner. Yes, I left my review at the correct salon. You are on Cannonball Trail in Yorkville. I’m not interested in getting one particular person in trouble. But felt it was imperative people know of the unhealthy practice and cleanliness of your salon. I see people who are happy with their service there and that’s fine. This was not my first and only visit to your salon. I wanted to give your salon more than one chance. But when this happened I felt my review was important. I wish you the best, but I will not augment my review, or come back. ========••• Don’t go!! I walked away with hacked at and bloodied cuticles. I never leave bad reviews but am making an exception here because I, in good conscience, can’t refrain to report this. If you don’t know how unhealthy it is to have this done to your cuticles please google it.

My husband enjoyed getting his feet and hands cleaned up and massages hahah I was working with Zoey who is absolutely wonderful, definitely will be coming back to her. She did an amazing job on my hands. Very creative and took her time but was in a good time frame. Thank you pacific nails! Will be back!

    1 /5 LifeAsACurlyGirl_: Walked in with a 4pm appointment didn’t get seen until the two people left in the shop getting pedicures were under the dryer getting their mani’s dried and massages. 10 mins after my appointment I was seen m for a fill took an hour and a half for French tips. I do not recommend coming here for your nails.

I really wanted a strong money piece Because I had gray on one side, that was completely Ignored, not even sure if she even toned me at the end Because I didn’t wanna be rude and keep asking questions when I was in the sink. I’ve gotten my hair done many times. This was by far the quickest most sloppiest job ever. And I was a first client so unfortunately, I will not be coming back.     Taylor Gothard: I booked as a referral for one of the higher-level pedicures. Vicky was my tech and was exceptional. I was taken on time and the studio was clean. Lots of conversation between staff and clients. I liked being offered the choice of 3 different foot soaks to start my service. The “everyone is welcome” sign made me feel at home. Menu price was $5 higher than the mega-spa I usually go to but I don’t have to deal with tolls, gas, and travel time. In the end, total effective price with gratuity was a little less than the mega-spa and I get to support a local Oswego business. I’ll be back.

    Elle Bee: I just moved to Yorkville recently and I was way overdue for a cut and color. I left a voicemail message and Taryn returned my call quickly. She is very upbeat and has a genuine positive vibe. I explained to her what my hair type is and that I am mostly gray. Taryn immediately made some suggestions. She describes what each process would entail and answered any questions that I had about each one. I chose the highlights/lowlights which would enhance the gray and not be as noticeable with the outgrowth. I had never had highlights/lowlights before so this was new for me. Taryn did an incredible job with my hair. She truly cares about her clients. I am EXTREMELY happy with my new hair cut and coloring. I highly recommend Taryn!!!
