Despite calling three different times about no longer being seen there, no one there removed us from the system, so I’m still getting calls that we missed our appointments, another one today, and that I am going to be charged a no show fee.
How many times do I have to call and say we are no longer patients? I shouldn’t be charged because someone on your end didn’t remove our appointments from the computer.
