3 /5 Heather Storm: Work done on the car was satisfactory. However my wheel lock set was missing when the car was returned to me. I emailed twice about it and was ghosted. I never got a response back from them. It’s been almost two weeks. That’s how I communicated with them while they had my car. I ended up purchasing another set as I can’t remove my wheels for rotations or a flat without it. The owner called me today June 10th after the review was posted. He advised he would look into the issue. I advised I have emails if he would like them to show I did attempt twice to get a response. He also offered to reimburse for the lock set. I did decline as it’s not a money issue. I did appreciate his concern.
