1 /5 Jessie Ng: Doctor and hygienist were good. Office staff is another story altogether. If you have a discount plan instead of a traditional insurance, good luck dealing with them. They staunchly refused to acknowledge the fixed fee schedule I had, insisting their prices were correct. I asked that they call the plan provider to verify and they refused! When I complained to my plan provider, I was told I would receive a refund. I called Riverside Family Dentistry back to make an appointment for follow-up treatment and requested for an updated estimate based on the correct fees. They told me they were dropping my discount plan. How convenient! Better still, I was told I would be getting a call back from the person in charge about my refund. No calls, and they simply issued a refund to my credit card, without asking if that was the card I wanted the refund to go back on. Such a shame that they have incompetent office staff.
