Bobby Salazar I recently had my first dentist appointment with them this last Saturday April 25, and I am happy with my care. First of all, my dentists name was Dr. Kim and she was assisted by the nurses Trinity and Alexis, and the front office receptionist Karina. All of them were very kind to me throughout my whole visit. Trinity patiently explained to me the procedures and steps that were going to be taken to ensure my dental health: I was put through some X-Rays (which revealed some caries that I had that had been untreated) and later on Dr. Kim, alongside both Trinity and Alexis, patiently worked to treat my caries. I am very happy with my time spent there.

Ariel Had a wonderful experience at secure dental in Moline. Dr. Sophie Kim is very kind, patient and you can really tell she is dedicated to her job in making sure that you are comfortable. If I I have any discomfort in the slightest she is quick to respond and keeps things going smoothly. Leon does an awesome job at answering any questions that I have , is very patient and kind and explains things very thoroughly. The receptionists are friendly and jose also does a great job. I will recommend secure dental.

w weston When I arrived, I was in high gear anxiety mode, and the front desk staff was very helpful, with friendly professionalism turned down my anxiety. Many x-rays were taken, which was thoroughly needed for the doctor. At first, I thought it was going to be bad, but I did not feel any aggressive movements, only a skilled Dr. That knew what he was doing. No pain, the attending assistant was a superstar in maintaining excellence as a team working hard but skillfully on cleaning and other procedures. Look forward to my follow-up in six months.

Daniel Tredway I was in the quad cities visiting my mother. My mother is a regular client at your clinic. I woke up this past Tuesday morning in quite a bit of pain with an infected tooth. My mother called your office and left a message before your opening for the day. Your office called my mother back at just after 8. jingwen chen Finally found the right dentist for my son. We love this place for the first visit. All the stuff are super professional and friendly. They explain things very well and things make perfect sense. They made the communication so easy, if I did not have all the negative experiences with previous dentist I would take all these as granted. Doctors let us know the options for our situation and why those options make sense, also let us know what to expect and what are potential procedures for future. And the front desk lady is so professional and calm and thoughtful. She scheduled us on non school days so we won’t miss too much school. Besides that, nice location, beautiful window views, cozy setting of the office and rooms, one of our best dental experiences.

Jonnie Dolan I called with an urgent issue after not being able to get in at an emergency clinic, and they were able to fit me in that same day. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and went over pricing with me when I asked. The office accepts Care Credit which was a huge relief for me. Dr. Lower filled my cavity quickly despite it being in a difficult spot. There was a small issue which I brought up to the dentist and hygienist, and they took it very seriously and resolved the issue immediately. I felt comfortable and taken care of.

Hil Dr. Bishop does a wonderful job. He is very friendly and his office is comfortable and inviting. I was never fearful to go to the dentist when I was in his care. I told everyone I know to go to him and would have stayed with him until the end. I felt that he was my forever dentist. Unfortunately, that is until today when I was laughed at by the front desk staff. I called to make an appointment and told the front desk woman of my concerns of an infection, and then I was laughed at, actually laughed at. For reference the tooth I was calling about has just recently been infected and I have been sent to multiple specialists for, costing upwards of $4000 (after insurance)… and there IS currently pain, thus sparking my fears of another infection. She came back with a condescending laugh and said “UH stay off the off the internet yeah?” and then told me I couldn’t be in pain??? How could she know I wasn’t in pain??? I was aghast, and left feeling that these people did not care about me. I was given no compassion at all. I immediately called another dentist to establish care. The other dentist got me in immediately, and said it is absolutely something I wouldn’t want to let go for over a week… No one who is in pain should be laughed at and told they are not in pain.

Jessica Rodgers I can’t explain how much QC orthodontics means to me. I started treatment here back in 2016. I had an amazing smile done by Dr. Richards and would receive compliments quite often, until I was a victim of domestic violence where the other party, hit me in my mouth causing extreme trauma. My front teeth shifted and I was left with anxiety, depression, and a now not beautiful smile. My primary dentist called QC ortho to advise them of the situation, that same day they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They were so kind, and comforting. They placed braces on me that very same day and even sent me off with goodies to take home. I will recommend QC orthodontics to anyone I know that is looking for treatment. 10/10 the nicest, friendliest staff. I am 6 months post trauma and my teeth look just as good as they did before the incident. I’m so excited to feel like myself again with a confident smile! Thank you QC Orthodontics!!!

Dr. Richards, assistants (Ive had many and theyre all great, super friendly and good at what they do!) and the front desk workers (Missy and Megan are the best!) have always been excellent to me and provided top-quality service. Any time Ive had a specific concern, its been taken seriously and Dr. Richards and her staff take care to make sure I feel confident with how things are progressing. Dr. Richards regularly makes slight (even temporary, so they look good in the meantime) adjustments to tooth shape and position due to details both she and I have pointed out and its made a world of difference. Dr. Sarah was kind, compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental. Great office! More about Britney - she is thorough in explaining what to expect in terms of cost estimate and I appreciate it being over explained as well as being given the highest potential estimate. That way theres no surprises and only a happy refund if it wrong.

Lisa Sparkman While flossing my teeth I cracked a molar. I called the next day and they were able to get me right in. They did X-rays and put a crown on and I was good to go. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. So many doctors office staff just ask your name or make you sign in and barely look at you. The waiting area is cozy and there are lots of plants, toys for little ones. Each room is decorated and has a window you can look out of. The music is really good, too. Joan Mauch Today I had a dentist appointment, which in itself was something I dreaded but to make matters worse, it was a first visit to a dentist whose name I pulled off the Internet. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to see a not only pristine office but one that was decorated to make you feel relaxed. That was only the beginning. I was 15 minutes early and expected a long wait - wrong. I was directed immediately inside where Dr. Strasser and I visited - thats what it felt like since she made me feel like I had a new friend. Her professionalism and knowledge cannot be overstated. To say I was absolutely blown away by the first time in my life that I enjoyed a visit to the dentist would be no exaggeration. I seldom write reviews let alone long ones like this, but Dr. Strasser is exceptional and we in the Quad Cities are so lucky to have her here. If youre looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Muna Strasser.

Josephine B Talk about a vibe! From the moment you walk into Dr. Strassers office, you are in a beautiful environment. It doesnt feel at all like a medical facility. No harsh lighting, no ugly maintenence man green or beige walls, just a beautiful, comfortable space. The staff and Doctor were unhuried, patient, and very much attentive to you, the patient. You are not rushed through like cattle, and the intake process is like nothing Ive experienced. Dr. Strasser is very thorough about patient history and has a holistic approach to your current needs and condition- it matters. The level of intelligence, competence and care here is really special. Im grateful to have such an excellent partner in my health- yes, health. It all matters, we are a total working system, and each part affects the other. This practice not only acknowledges this, they address underlying issues. To say that Im impressed is an understatement.

Audrea Walsh I took both of my children ages 5 and 2 years of old to a routine cleaning. It was my 2-year-olds first time and they wanted to take x-rays. They asked me to step out of the room and said they dont normally have parents come back with them because it just upsets the children. I hear my 2-year-old crying and its upsetting my 5-Year-Old. I look in as there was a glass window and they are holding my two year olds head by the neck so they stay still. I asked the dentist if she is used to working with children. She said shes a pediatrician. I would not recommend anyone to take their children to this place. Especially for an institution to say that they dont want parents to come back with them so they can get away with abusing them. Im glad I was there to witness that! Also when my 5-year-old was getting their X-ray done, the dental assistant told her that if she doesnt stay still shes going to have to ask her to leave. I said are you threatening my child. She said no and then started arguing with me to where were both raising our voices. This was such an unprofessional experience and very unfortunate because there are not a lot of options for people who have state insurance.

Lexi Michael went in for a filling two years ago one of them ended up falling out so i called for an emergency appointment and was told i had to wait 8 months because i needed my teeth cleaned first before the filling was repaired, while dentist was originally giving me the filling she was talking mad crap about how bad my teeth were not my fault i have gastritis and throw up constantly get better dentists.

Alyssa Almanza I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid and now I bring my kids here along with myself. John R Williams was my dentist as a kid but now I understand he rarely sees patients anymore. However, the other dentists are just as amazing and nice and have always worked well with my 9 year old son. The office is always clean, staff is always nice and professional and I love that they have more than one receptionist now so scheduling or paying never takes too long. Would most definitely recommend this place to others.

constance schlueter Im in the process of becoming a patient and the Friday before my scheduled appointment my gums were swelled up and i was in a lot of pain so I called the on call Dr. at 5:30 p.m. and left a message and my call was returned soon after that! Then Dr.Riggins had the receptionist call me Saturday morning and got me in so he could see what was happening! I was just so grateful and the people who work there are all top notch! Highly recommend, they did me a real solid!

Todd Williams The Thatcher Team has been a great find for my family and myself. They take the worry out of going to the dentist and provide a relaxed and comfortable environment for all of us. Going to the dentist is never fun, but going here has taken a lot of the worry out of going!
