No eyebrow raising or chiding. They cleaned my teeth and explained what would need to be done to keep my teeth healthy. I felt at home, and it was painless. They treat you as a person and ask if you are uncomfortable. They have great tasting polishes, too. Chuckle

Rock Island Dental Clinic - Rock Island skyler harrison: got my filling done TWO years ago went back three months later because it felt too big in my mouth yall said “it’s fine” well it wasn’t fine because it just snapped off my tooth i know my mouth i know my body i know when somethings wrong so you should listen to your patient’s more often. don’t worry about scheduling me for an emergency appointment i already have one at another dentists office where they’ll fix my tooth correctly.

Peterson-Senh Dentistry - Rock Island Lindsey Lindberg: I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 15 years. Embarrassing for me, but I never got dental insurance from work until now and understandably, I was very nervous. The whole team here was so nice and took extra care to explain everything they were doing so I could relax a little. I needed no work luckily but I’m almost excited to come back for my next cleaning haha. Thank you all!!

James E Bishop, DDS - Moline Hil: Dr. Bishop does a wonderful job. He is very friendly and his office is comfortable and inviting. I was never fearful to go to the dentist when I was in his care. I told everyone I know to go to him and would have stayed with him until the end. I felt that he was my forever dentist. Unfortunately, that is until today when I was laughed at by the front desk staff. I called to make an appointment and told the front desk woman of my concerns of an infection, and then I was laughed at, actually laughed at. For reference the tooth I was calling about has just recently been infected and I have been sent to multiple specialists for, costing upwards of $4000 (after insurance)… and there IS currently pain, thus sparking my fears of another infection. She came back with a condescending laugh and said “UH stay off the off the internet yeah?” and then told me I couldn’t be in pain??? How could she know I wasn’t in pain??? I was aghast, and left feeling that these people did not care about me. I was given no compassion at all. I immediately called another dentist to establish care. The other dentist got me in immediately, and said it is absolutely something I wouldn’t want to let go for over a week… No one who is in pain should be laughed at and told they are not in pain.

Muna Strasser DDS, PC - Moline Joan Mauch: Today I had a dentist appointment, which in itself was something I dreaded but to make matters worse, it was a first visit to a dentist whose name I pulled off the Internet. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to see a not only pristine office but one that was decorated to make you feel relaxed. That was only the beginning. I was 15 minutes early and expected a long wait - wrong. I was directed immediately inside where Dr. Strasser and I visited - thats what it felt like since she made me feel like I had a new friend. Her professionalism and knowledge cannot be overstated. To say I was absolutely blown away by the first time in my life that I enjoyed a visit to the dentist would be no exaggeration. I seldom write reviews let alone long ones like this, but Dr. Strasser is exceptional and we in the Quad Cities are so lucky to have her here. If youre looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Muna Strasser.

She was smiling and giggling the entire time and the team member explained exactly what they were doing and how the tools worked every time.
