2 /5 Marie: Super disappointed. Ryan’s location is incredibly confusing. She is located inside a boutique that doesn’t advertise anything about a salon inside of it. The said store opens at 10, my appointment was at 9:30. I was unfortunately forced to prepay in full online to book. I arrived early and somehow got into the locked store (couldn’t get out but could get in) and was ignored by everyone that seemed to “work” there. I tried to call Ryan on the number listed and her phone went straight to voicemail. After waiting around the store for a bit I finally had to interrupt someone I found doing hair I found in the back, and was told Ryan was in another appointment. Granted I was a couple minutes early, but I am not from town and a new client. I was never told she accepts appointments before they opened, that she isn’t listed or advertised on the building or that she wouldn’t be reachable once I did arrive. Nor was I warned she was and would be running late. I get things happen but something should have been more clear and communicated to me. I booked an early morning appointment and arrived early just incase I needed help finding her. Didn’t realize there would be no help to be given. Wasted a total of 40 minutes driving there and back home. The girl was nice and tried to make it right offering me a refund before I left but I won’t be back.
