Ashley Kaylor This was my first time at the salon and I had my appointment with Heather. She was so nice and welcoming and she is an amazing stylist! I showed her a few pictures of what type of cut I wanted and she did EXACTLY that! ♥️ I will definitely be going back to her from now on.

cara seggelke I have gone to Amys for years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. I totally trust her ability to make me feel more beautiful when I leave her salon than when I walked in. The updo she did for me for my daughters wedding caused people to gasp when I walked in. Talk about unintentionally stealing the limelight. Amy is THE BEST!!

Marie Super disappointed. Ryan’s location is incredibly confusing. She is located inside a boutique that doesn’t advertise anything about a salon inside of it. The said store opens at 10, my appointment was at 9:30. I was unfortunately forced to prepay in full online to book. I arrived early and somehow got into the locked store (couldn’t get out but could get in) and was ignored by everyone that seemed to “work” there. I tried to call Ryan on the number listed and her phone went straight to voicemail. After waiting around the store for a bit I finally had to interrupt someone I found doing hair I found in the back, and was told Ryan was in another appointment. Granted I was a couple minutes early, but I am not from town and a new client. I was never told she accepts appointments before they opened, that she isn’t listed or advertised on the building or that she wouldn’t be reachable once I did arrive. Nor was I warned she was and would be running late. I get things happen but something should have been more clear and communicated to me. I booked an early morning appointment and arrived early just incase I needed help finding her. Didn’t realize there would be no help to be given. Wasted a total of 40 minutes driving there and back home. The girl was nice and tried to make it right offering me a refund before I left but I won’t be back.

Jill Williams Ryan never lets me down on lashes or brows. I like a more natural look and even with lash extensions she nails it every time! Highly recommend!

Kirsten Maschmann Ryan is the only person I would even consider going to for my lashes! She is kind and professional. I always look forward to my one a month lash extension fill with, would recommend to anyone!!

Family Matters amy was awesome and my hair looks amazing! she did a spiral perm on me!! i haven’t washed it yet, but im sure it’s going to be looking awesome after the wash as well!!!

Connor Ive been getting my brows done here for 4 years. Today I decided to get my lashes done because she is excellent at doing eyebrows. The kind that I got were the pink kiss brand pack. The lashes look cheap. The experience was well but dont get that pack.

Dainty Virgo I went for a visit there yesterday and I just loved the service! Kalpa was so very nice to me and extremely patient with me when doing my eyelashes! She made sure that I was alright throughout the process and kept me calm! Also, this was the very first time I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and omg I just love the results! Thank you Kalpa! I will be visiting again!!

Alexandra Firehammer I cant remember who my stylist was but shes been there for a while and she cut my hair really short and its so cute! I was in town for my husbands work from Rockford. If I came here again I would definitely get my hair done by her. She also did my eyebrows. Best experience i have had getting my hair and brows done hands down!

Nate B i scheduled myself for 3:45, I was sitting on the bench until around 4:30 waiting for my haircut. many of the workers were often stopping what they were doing to start playing on their phones? not really something that adds to the review, but I waited that long and then didn’t even get a good haircut:/ I showed two older pictures of myself when my hair was shorter (all I asked for was a trim) and my hair was completely butchered. There also seemed to be no regard for my comfort, as she kept brushing all of the clipped hair onto my face and into my eyes, nose, mouth. Not very pleasant. I won’t be going back again

Mr Berry Shelby the barber was the best! Received many compliments from my ladies after my haircut and beard trim. Salon was very welcoming, clean and pleasant. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Jacob Watkins Shelbi is a great barber. The way she gives a great haircut and also very nice to talk with. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a barber.

Christina B. I LOVED my hair cut. Loreane did exactly what I wanted and was very nice and professional. I highly recommend her! The price was very reasonable for a wash, style, dry, and style complete with her straightening my hair. I wont be going anywhere else!

Garrison Ruth (Ruthy) Ive been going here for about +6 years. Very nice people and my salonist, Carol, rocks! Very moderately priced for excellent service. Ive mainly gotten perms and haircuts, but she does coloring also. They are located across from Hardees on El Dorado St next to Subway.

Richard Smith I got a hair cut from Angie and was very thrilled with her technique and the outcome . However when I was leaving we was talking and I paid her but forgot to tip her and immediately text her that I did not mean to do that and she was not offended at all and I told her I will be taking care of that tip on my next visit , for sure . She is terrific!

Ulrike Moreno As far as cleanliness and friendliness are concerned the store was great. Cut wise though, a disaster, I wanted my sides cut in an angle, from my bangs to the area behind my ear. She cut straight across, and shortened the bangs, which I did not want. It looks like someone put a pot on my head and went across. I am very disappointed . First cut after hair grew back after chemo and she chopped it so horribly. Dont go here.

Patricia Blankenship I am so glad a friend told me I should give Vickis a try. The shop is clean with a friendly atmosphere. I have never been happier with a haircut then I am when I leave there. Vicki cuts it just the way I like, which not many other stylists Ive went to over the years can or will.

Lyn Newingham This is the cutest little salon on a corner downtown. I was able to book my very first facial with Emily and she is very incredible at what she does! I did the express facial at first to see if I would enjoy it. She was very accommodating and asked about routine, gave skincare suggestions and was thorough about what and why the things she was doing. The pumpkin enzyme treatment smells incredible and feels equally amazing. The boutique itself is well set up with some clothing, makeup, and accessories and the hair salon seems to stay busy as well. I will definitely be returning for a longer session, if you book with Emily you will not be disappointed.

Kierstin Allen I went in today after having a HORRIBLE haircut from another place, and Angie did WONDERS in fixing my hair. She truly took the time to make sure I left with a haircut I liked and made me feel loads better about the situation. Very affordable!! I will absolutely be returning!
