5 /5 Alexandra Firehammer: I cant remember who my stylist was but shes been there for a while and she cut my hair really short and its so cute! I was in town for my husbands work from Rockford. If I came here again I would definitely get my hair done by her. She also did my eyebrows. Best experience i have had getting my hair and brows done hands down!

1 /5 Nate B: i scheduled myself for 3:45, I was sitting on the bench until around 4:30 waiting for my haircut. many of the workers were often stopping what they were doing to start playing on their phones? not really something that adds to the review, but I waited that long and then didn’t even get a good haircut:/ I showed two older pictures of myself when my hair was shorter (all I asked for was a trim) and my hair was completely butchered. There also seemed to be no regard for my comfort, as she kept brushing all of the clipped hair onto my face and into my eyes, nose, mouth. Not very pleasant. I won’t be going back again

1 /5 Terry S: First and last time using this location. I have been using a competitor for over a decade and I know why. I downloaded the app, checked in online picked my services. Got there only waited a couple of minutes so no big deal. Explained what I wanted was never told who it was doing my service. I was rushed thru and only with 2 other customers waiting and 3 stylist that I seen. I have random long hairs and it was uneven. Then I was about to checkout when the stylist which I believe was the manager realized I also had pre registered for a shampoo. So we did that but was not offered a trip back to the chair to style my hair or comb it. Total time in store 17 minutes- no thanks won’t be back
