5 /5 Dainty Virgo: I went for a visit there yesterday and I just loved the service! Kalpa was so very nice to me and extremely patient with me when doing my eyelashes! She made sure that I was alright throughout the process and kept me calm! Also, this was the very first time I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and omg I just love the results! Thank you Kalpa! I will be visiting again!!

3 /5 Julie Wade: I really love this place when they were at the mall very clean so thats why I decided to come here for the first time and got right in I always get threading for my chin and my upper lip she didnt even ask me and did waxing and I have a little bit of allergic reaction to the waxing and so now I have like a big rash on my jawline and so little upset about that that she didnt even give me the option of threading or waxing and then she charged me an odd amount after looking at the service and the charges I dont see where she came up with the amount that she charged me so little confused Id like to go back but I really hope that they ask or give me the option to let them know I want threading!! Also would like to know about your pricing!!

1 /5 Michelle Walker: Terrible experience, came w/ thick full brows...left w/ see-thru pencil lines w/ zero shape for eyebrows on my face...I have hooded eyelids and on both brows there were spot I had to come home & pluck because she didnt get all the strays...will never be back! Seemed like she rushed me in & out, and definitely didnt take her time!!

Marie: Super disappointed. Ryan’s location is incredibly confusing. She is located inside a boutique that doesn’t advertise anything about a salon inside of it. The said store opens at 10, my appointment was at 9:30. I was unfortunately forced to prepay in full online to book. I arrived early and somehow got into the locked store (couldn’t get out but could get in) and was ignored by everyone that seemed to “work” there. I tried to call Ryan on the number listed and her phone went straight to voicemail. After waiting around the store for a bit I finally had to interrupt someone I found doing hair I found in the back, and was told Ryan was in another appointment. Granted I was a couple minutes early, but I am not from town and a new client. I was never told she accepts appointments before they opened, that she isn’t listed or advertised on the building or that she wouldn’t be reachable once I did arrive. Nor was I warned she was and would be running late. I get things happen but something should have been more clear and communicated to me. I booked an early morning appointment and arrived early just incase I needed help finding her. Didn’t realize there would be no help to be given. Wasted a total of 40 minutes driving there and back home. The girl was nice and tried to make it right offering me a refund before I left but I won’t be back.

The updo she did for me for my daughters wedding caused people to gasp when I walked in. Talk about unintentionally stealing the limelight. Amy is THE BEST!!
