Michael Shankey: Great stylists. Enjoyable conversation. Nearly no wait. Easy check in with app. Haircut came out great for my big event. Price is very fair. My 5th time here at this location.
Kimberlie OBanner: The atmosphere was great at the Bettye O Day spa and the pedicure/Brazilian wax was ok. I felt the male tech seemed new and at the $60 price point the polish/foot massage could have been better. I guess the leg massage is not included like other places. I will say, he paid great attention to detail regarding filing and trimming.
The Brazilian wax was a little too aggressive.
AM S: Just attempted to call 10-15minutes ago. Wanted to know if they had any availabilities for today. Was hit with an “habla Spanish?” in which I politely responded with a “no I do not”…I was hung up on. Not sure about you but the last time I checked, that was the exact opposite of customer service.
Night of Henna: Cryo therapy and infrared sauna help me manage my chronic fatigue from a head injury. I love restore because they make me feel at home. The facilities are exceptionally clean . They provide everything you need to prepare and make you comfortable during the therapies. Showers and all the toiletries you need are available post infrared sauna. I love that they provide water for you as well.
