Side Door Beauty Salon - Mattoon Candice Spencer: I liked having Rachel cut my hair but I canceled an appointment the morning of due to health reasons and when I called back to reschedule I was told no she didn’t want to cut my hair anymore. When I asked what I did she said “well when you cancel 2 hours before” . I told her I enjoyed talking with her and my haircuts from her and I’m sorry I upset her. So, if you go here be on your guard not to upset her!
