Melissa Houston These ladies are amazing. Always professional but very friendly. They do a great job with everyone. Great with children. Very patient. Listen to the client on what they prefer. I had Haley as my stylist today and she was great.

Mark Steber Every visit I have gone to has been quite excellent. Nicole is very good at her job and gets me in and out in a reasonable time for people with busy schedules. It was even nicer when they extended hours until 7pm for people who work until 5pm. Keep up the great work!

Cristy Phelps I love great clips. My last visit was a little frustrating. I think the girl was new and not sure of herself. She had to have another beautician finish my hair. I was patient and didnt complain because I want her to be more trusting in herself. I think she will do better the longer she is there. I will definitely return!

Frider Blunck I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Great Clips in Charleston, IL was truly disappointing. I came in with a reference photo and clearly asked for the haircut to be left longer than what was shown. Instead, the stylist rushed through the cut in about 10 minutes and somehow managed to make it even shorter than the already-short picture. The result? A choppy, uneven haircut that wasn’t properly blended on one side and drew unwanted attention to my receding hairline—something I specifically tried to avoid. It was obvious that there was little care or attention to detail, which left me feeling extremely self-conscious. I went to Great Clips to save money, but now I’ll have to spend extra to get it fixed somewhere else. What was supposed to be an affordable option turned out to be a frustrating and expensive mistake. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Great Clips, and I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Ann Carlberg We went here in Oct the day BEFORE our wedding so my husband could get a trim. The blonde woman butchered his hair and left it uneven. I had to go back inside and explain that this was not acceptable and they needed to fix it. She was in the back and would not come back out. Another worker had to fix her mistakes. The other employees there are great and very nice, but this woman needs to go back to beauty school.

Ive also had a massage wish Ashley before, which was also amazing. She was knowledgeable and worked kinks out. Spa prices are a little cheaper here than other places.

Stevie Marie Scharwarth I purchased a gift certificate from here for a friends birthday. I live in Indiana (about 3 hours away). I like that they could email me the gift certificate. Very convenient! I messaged them on FB Messenger and received a quick response (which I was not expecting since it was late at night). The next day, I called and purchased the gift certificate. They emailed it over quickly. I didnt realize until later that I spelled the name wrong. Yes, it was me, not them. Once I noticed, I contacted them a few different ways. Thankfully, they were able to fix it for me today!

She was very attentive and made sure to be careful not to damage my hair. She was also very nice and great to talk to! Will definitely be back ☺️

Bevin Allison Ive gone here on and off since I was 16. Im 39 now and live in FL. I had left Florida because of Irma and needed my hair done. Roots bleaches and a color cut. I always bring my own color. Some places will let u some wont. I wont go to the ones that dont because Ive been dying my hair since I was 12 and know what works and how to get it, just the inibility to do some looks on my own. Coed got me in right away. They bleached and died my roots ad hair exactly how its always been done in florida and did a great job on my hair. I just showed the pictures on how a feathered layer looks and they did it as i like my hair feathered and cut with a blade. They were so nice and so careful to do everything just right. I totally recomend this place. They r very affordable and I was surprised at the price as it was so low compared to wear I live. When I come back to town and need my hair done I will be using them!

Dawn Robinson I’ve been going to Selah at Gingersnips from the very beginning. Selah has a great personality that is so positive from start to finish. She listens to what I want and then delivers. I have her cut it and then I go. I have had one perm and I definitely will be having another one when this one grows out just to manage my hair. I absolutely would recommend using her services. I have spent 28.00 for a haircut and 50.00 for both a perm and a haircut. Pretty reasonable I would say.
