1 /5 Client: I recently had a first visit in the practice of this dentist (SJ Oh, DDS). After my cleaning, I had to wait for about 30 minutes to see him. He finally showed up with an attitude of arrogance barely acknowledging me, let alone the long wait I had. Then, he literally left the room within a minute or two without any basic professional courtesy. How rude and unprofessional was he. One would expect better, much better, from a dentist in a small family-oriented practice in a small and welcoming city like Charleston. Giving him one star is even a favor he doesnt deserve.

Steven W. Seibert, DMD, Ltd. and Associates - Charleston Alexander Evans: Dr. Seibert and his staff are amazing! My wife has started going here and his other office in Champaign, and we couldnt be happier with the treatment and care she has been given. The Dr. and staff are very friendly and compassionate. They are very good at explaining the treatments, costs, and also giving you good directions for what to do at home to get the most out of the periodontal treatments. My wife was afraid it would be painful for a long time after the treatments, since everything about periodontal treatments online looks like torture. We were so happy that this was not the case. She had a little soreness, but nothing like what she expected. Dr. Seibert and his staff are worth the money, and we would highly recommend this office to anyone needing periodontal care!

Family Dental Care of Chicago - Chicago Marin Ashanti: If you have dental anxiety and trauma with past experiences, rest assured this place is for you! Going to the dentist is a scary experience but let me lay out what they did right to help me feel comfortable. They offer financial payment plans through Sunbit (took me 2 minutes to finish my payment). The intake process was nice and smooth (have your insurance ready!). They immediately took X-rays and asked me about any concerns/pain/discomfort. They were able to replace my missing filling that caused me tooth sensitivity the same day! The dentist assistant laid out all the steps, went over some concerns and area for improvement on my end to take care of my teeth. I didn’t feel shamed or embarrassed, they educate you for your own good. Dr. Beltran heals my heart from my past experiences from how genuine and gentle she is and overall she’s just so nice and quick! She explains what is happening, what she will do, AND gives you positive reinforcement. I’m so happy after my visit, to have what I needed addressed and I can smile and eat comfortably again. Thank you to all the staff there for making this an awesome and gentle experience.

University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry - Chicago bianca smith: I had to go in to make an appointment for my son. Luckily, they were able to get him in the next day for a consultation and X-rays and another appointment 2weeks later. My son had a baby root canal and 2 teeth pulled. They were friendly, informative, quick wait time and quick procedure time. The only downside is that it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment over the phone. I was worried after reading the reviews but I had a good experience with the pediatric dentistry department.

Division Dental Clinic - Chicago Carmen Scott: Dr. Khan and Dianna were amazing! I was very anxious and they made me feel very comfortable and the extraction was swift and painless. the only pain was from the numbing and that was quick and manageable. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs oral surgery!

Hyde Park Smile Studio - Chicago zoe zink: best dental experience I’ve had since I was a lil kid. Dr. Turner was thorough and quick, communicated what did and did not need to be a priority, and gave me a clear picture of what treatment down the road would look like! Last dentist I went to felt a bit like a boutique-y money scheme and I was basically told I needed to get a large number of fillings immediately. Dr. Turner looked over prior scans and compared them to the ones he took, talking me through his decisions. 10/10 if you’re looking for dental care without being scared into spending loads more on things that are not an immediate priority!

Fresh Dental - Chicago Qingtian Zhou: Fresh Dental provides professional, high quality care in a clean and welcoming environment. They are also skillful when dealing with insurance companies. I had a prior authorization denial at another office, but Fresh Dental successfully obtained approval for the same procedure this year, despite reduced benefits. I appreciate their diligence and look forward to continuing my care with them.

Green Tree Dental - Chicago Oswaldo Garcia: I had a great experience at Green Tree Dental. Their office is modern and clean. The staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Patel was awesome! She was knowledgeable and transparent about cost. She is also able to wisdom teeth extractions in house! I will definitely bring all my family and friends here.

Wicker Park Dental Group - Chicago Andrea Goodman: I seriously LOVE this practice. I just moved back to Chicago and ended up here after cracking a tooth and they were able to get me in right away and did a great job. Everyone at this practice is friendly, professional and they always greet you with a smile and make sure you are comfortable. I’ve always hated going to the Dentist so this was big for me. I’m happy to say this is where I will be coming from now on and a HUGE shout out to the AMAZING JOHNATHAN who got my teeth sparkling white! I am so HAPPY! Highly recommend!!! Oh and always GREAT music!!
