I scheduled a 10:00 am appointment for a 60-minute session, ensuring I would have enough time.
Sephora called me THE DAY before my wedding to inform me that the look I requested would take 90 minutes, not the 60 I had originally booked. There was no prior communication about this, and they only raised the issue the day before the appointment. Instead of offering solutions or even acknowledging their scheduling error, they offered me a 30-minute session, focusing on only one part of my face.
This last-minute change completely disrupted my carefully planned schedule and left me scrambling to adjust. It’s clear that Sephora’s communication and customer service are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Brides, if you value your time and want a reliable, stress-free experience, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.
