1 /5 Tatiana Johnson: The new worker is terrible the main women wasn’t there so I compromised and instantly regretted it she put the lashes directly on my skin & waterline causing me to be in unbearable pain when I asked her to remove the lashes she refused and also refused to give me the number to the owner as a loyal customer it’s disheartening how i was treated today !!

2 /5 CAT: I was a very loyal customer for 7 years. New worker everytime and they always do an excellent job. I watched the price for threading go up. Originally it was $8. Then covid happened so they bumped it up to $12. I went in for threading today and it was quick because I dont have much eyebrows I just wanted it to be shaped though. Again new worker, still an excellent job, but this time its $15 just for that 3 min of threading. The worker deserved a tip, but that price took it already. That price is ridiculous. Sadly I have to look elsewhere next time. I wont be coming back anymore.

2 /5 Xochilt Delacruz: The service was good the ladies were nice i liked how my eyebrows looked after tinting what i didnt like was the residue of the tint she used a baby wipe to wipe it off and i also went for the full lash look and was extremely disappointed even after i told the woman i didnt like it she proceeded to donthe other side the glue was clumped and it clouded my vision all she could say is that its going to look that way NONE of their advertised pictures looked like i was left looking . Very dissatisfied.
