5 /5 Erin Hoover: This place is amazing! Always felt beautiful everytime I leave. Serria is really sweet and knowledgeable. I have a hearing loss and I was a bit nervous when I first came because I wasn’t sure if it would be awkward or not when I can’t hear, but Serria has been nothing but amazing. She is very patience and finds a way to communicate with me and it truly means a lot to me. This is the best salon I have ever been to hands down.

5 /5 William Gist: On October 12, 2024 I called long distance to purchase a gift card for my daughter to use for her birthday on October 19. I paid on my credit card $105 for the gift card. I was assured by the employee that the card would be mailed to my daughter for her birthday. Apparently the card was never mailed. I discovered this when I asked my daughter yesterday (12/14) if she wanted another gift card for Christmas. Extremely disappointed in this business. When the owner learned of my problem, she called me at home on a Sunday and promised to deliver the gift card with an apology. She did exactly that and my daughter and me are very happy with the outcome.

The result was even better than I imagined. After living in Decatur for almost four years, I’ve finally found a stylist who not only met but exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
