Darilyn is the initial contact when calling and upon entering Watts - she is lovely and an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. Everyone here gives off the impression that they truly care about the quality of what theyre putting out, which unfortunately isnt the case with a lot of other auto shops. Weve been coming here since we moved to town a year and a half ago and we have never had any issues with communication, sales pitches, nor surprises. These guys deserve every ounce of recognition possible - they really are the absolute best!

    Bobby Smith: Owning a business is tuff!!!So finding great companies deserves recognition. Had an F-450 with a lot of problems. And they walked them down with ease. Truck was 840$ to fix!!!! Now that’s waiving me money. Now that truck can go out and make 1000$ a day without any more waiting. I tip my hat to you guys. You don not charge enough. Cheapest bill I’ve had in a while for one of my company trucks. THANK YOU HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Generally the automotive industry isnt the greatest when youre a woman and Im glad I have found an honest place to take my vehicle for all my work. Will highly recommend to anyone I know.     Johnna Cato: Be prepared to pay for restocking fees on items THEY order with “hopes” of completing a job and then when it doesn’t work, you either pay them for way more labor OR pay the stocking fee, also don’t ask any additional questions about work done unless you pay for their time. 1 extra star for who we original spoke to autumn and for the other job that was done properly otherwise horrible service

    Jack More: Being two females traveling a long ways from home. Most women worry if they have to stop and get work done on their vehicles that the mechanic will over charge them due most not all females do not have knowledge in car repairs. This shop was friendly, honest, and charge fair prices. They actually charged less then most shops would have charged. If I was a local this would be my go to shop.

    Melissa 80: I had parts taken off my car that I did not give permission to take off. I had already had it in a shop and diagnosed as to what was wrong with it. A $17 part ended up costing me $321 due to the mechanic there taking my entire sway bar out. That I did not give permission for them to take out. The only thing to be done was to replace my resonator on my exhaust. I called for days trying to reach the owner. After 5 days he calls me and seems to not believe me even tho I have receipts and labor costs as well as another diagnosis prior to being to their shop. The mechanic gave me his number amd told me he does work on the side due to my shocks being bad and if I wanted to fix them in the future he would be alot cheaper then the shop price. Ive got no where with the owner. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was taken advantage of and I am very leery of any shop now. The owner is doing nothing to honor his mechanics mess up that cost me over 300 dollars. He seems to believe the mechanic. Nice way to run your buisness. Very disappointed and will be pursuing this in court because I shouldnt have had to pay another shop to fix their mess up and I did not give permission to have anything taken off my car except the U bracket and the resonator to be replaced. Be leery if you go here.
