DALE LOCK I went to the servcice department today with a problem that an oil change service in the state of Virginia caused two eyars ago. I am afraid I was a little rude to the service mangaer. He listened to me, asked questions that showed he listened to me. He provided the necessary information such as availibity of parts. Two hours later he called with the problems fixed. Very good service! I will call Nikles first from now on to fix my Jeep Cherakee.

Bobby Smith Owning a business is tuff!!!So finding great companies deserves recognition. Had an F-450 with a lot of problems. And they walked them down with ease. Truck was 840$ to fix!!!! Now that’s waiving me money. Now that truck can go out and make 1000$ a day without any more waiting. I tip my hat to you guys. You don not charge enough. Everyone here gives off the impression that they truly care about the quality of what theyre putting out, which unfortunately isnt the case with a lot of other auto shops. Weve been coming here since we moved to town a year and a half ago and we have never had any issues with communication, sales pitches, nor surprises. Shouta Aizawa I went in for a simple tire change and found out that my altinator was bad. While I was crying one of the guys there helped me and was walking me through what they are going to do and how much it would cost to get it fixed. They are always very nice when I go in and timely. I recommend this place if you need something fixed quick and not for a horrible price.

Quincey Paiva Went there today to get a new tire put on my rim. They didn’t have any in stock so I told them to put a tube in it. Went to put it on my tractor and the valve stem was leaking out of the tube they just put in. Tightened valve stem and solved leak and put more air in tire. Put it on and took off. Didn’t make it 5 miles down the road and the tube blew. Not the tire. That means they didn’t take out what was in the tire before to make the previous tube blow. Called and complained and they told me I was out of luck. 58 dollars down the drain. Will not go back

L M Traveling picked up something in the road causing a flat tire. Larry responded within 5 minutes and quickly changed my tire. He gave me suggestions for tire shops in the area as well as offered advice on the distance I could go on my spare. Thank you for making a bad situation better! I highly recommend this business.
