Aaron Niemeyer I am a shop owner by St.louis and my daughter was up in their neck of the state for school. She hit something in the road so I call. They got her right in and fixed the issue immediately! Took very good care of my princess and was beyond respectful!!!!! Seems they run their shop like we run ours and thats hard to come by now a days!!!! I can not stress enough if you are in their area and need a automotive repair shop this is the shop you want to use!!!!!!! Thank you for everything!

Jacob Dotson I was super patient with them when they scheduled me for an appointment they couldnt keep. I was super patient when I came back for the reschedule 2 days later and they told me they had to push it back because they "only had 2 guys". I remained patient even when they took a silly amount of time for a routine oil change on the day we were headed on a 6 hour drive. I even stayed cool in the face of being told they had to go full synthetic and it would raise the price and I paid $120 for it. I think that is where most people would draw the line though, so be weary that they are straight up predatory. It is not my fault that they "didnt have mumble mumble mumble so we had to mumble mumble full synthetic". I figure it was a line and Im not going to come unglued on this young dude just doing the shady business he is told to do. I really wish they would have done the right thing and not overcharged me for their shortcomings though. Wouldve been cheaper at the dealership, which is criminal.

Duane Smith I came in late last week with some unknown noises coming from my vehicle. Chad, the store manager, was polite as soon as I walked in the door. He had his team take a look at my car and quickly realized that it was just a heat shield. Not only did they tell me what was wrong but took me out to show me. To make things even better, they were able to resecure the shield but didnt charge me. I was back on the road in less than 30 mins.

Mario Coates My car engine had locked on me and I’m the so glad i called Cj’s for the tow and inspection . The company got some respectful, generous and considerate workers. I couldn’t pay for the engine fix and wanted to sell it to them but before selling it they recommended me to call kia since I have a kia that is under the recall list for engine problems and lucky enough my car engine was under lifetime so rather than just taking my car for their own good they wanted me to be better off with a new engine for free so i can still have a car. I really appreciate Cj’s and i would encourage to take your car to them if you have any car troubles because you won’t get a rip off

beckett meyer I called Monday for four new tires. They got them by Friday, and they even gave me a ride, so I didnt have to hang around. And their prices were unbeatable. I will definitely use them from now on and recommend them to anyone.

Like most folks, I was worried about getting gouged. This experience was great all the way around. I had my Jeep back within a few hours and at a very reasonable price. Jake Neff My aunt has had her truck there for a YEAR! they wont respond to her anymore and its still just sitting there, but they cashed thr insurance check. UPDATE: I contacted the local news, they are gathering info from her story and others to possibly do a news story

J You couldnt ask for any better customer service reps of Neil tire than Matt and Ron. Both individuals are highly trained and knowledgeable about Neil Tire products. Their courteous demeanor goes a long way and says alot about their genuine concern of their customer base.

Stevie Hovious My partner and I had our vehicle towed in after it died along the road. My dad was a mechanic and Im aware of the basics of how cars function and suspected the alternator and the battery died slowly as I was driving. When the car arrived my partner and I both told them so. The next day they called us and told us the engine was locked up, which I immediately knew was false as the car ran fine with a jump. A few hours later they called again and said that theres a hole in the radiator and the O2 sensor was bad and that was what caused the failure. The o2 sensor has been bad in the car for several years and weve never had real issues with it. We asked them how that couldve caused the battery to die and the tech, Ron, confessed he had no idea but swore it was the cause. We asked them to only fix the radiator and not the o2 sensor and they told us the radiator wasnt important and the O2 sensor needed changed immediately. The car initially went in on a Monday and from the get go we told them we needed it by Wednesday at noon for work. We reluctantly agreed to the o2 sensor fix Tuesday evening and they promised it would be done by noon Wednesday. Around 11:30 am Wednesday we still had not heard from them so we called them and they informed us it was indeed the alternator and the car was not drivable but they could have an alternator by Thursday morning. We told them they would be doing no further repairs to our vehicle and retrieved it, in a non trustworthy state, after paying $300+ for an unnecessary fix. If this doesnt qualify as a scam, Im not sure what does. I will never trust another vehicle in my life with this company again and nor should you.

Barbara Yakacki Wow! Spectacular! This is the cleanest, nicest, friendliest shop Ive ever seen. I was traveling cross country for a family emergency and my Alternator went out. I called, panicked, they were so nice, told me to get there and theyd get me back on the road. 3 hours later I was back on my way. And they charged a reasonable rate! I wish they were in Kansas Id go here for all my vehicles. What a great place. Oh and I made it in time!!!! Thank you! 100 stars!!!!!

M. West Took our 2019 Buick Enclave in to repair a nasty scratch (down to the metal) and dent on one of our front fenders. Doug was able to fix it completely and quickly for a reasonable price. He even washed the car and vacuumed inside. Highly recommend!

jill steiger I was 2-1/2 hours from home with a slow leak in my tire a Saturday morning. Most places were closed or didn’t answer their phone. Bubba’s garage had me pull right in, removed a screw and patched it all in 15 minutes! I can’t think him enough! Highly recommend. #shoplocal

Jason Baker After taking my car to Car-X and getting a quote of $800 to $1200 to fix it. They claimed I needed all new brakes and calibers. I stopped by Bubbas garage to ask him to take a look at it. He called me about an hour later telling me he had fixed it and that it was only around $140. The breaks and calibers were completely fine. It was only a brake line. I highly recommend Bubbas. Thank God for honest people!

D J Had a water pump fail on my trusty Kenworth on a Friday afternoon. Because, of course it’s always on a Friday afternoon. Replacement parts were MIA until Monday, but Trevor went into superhero mode, searching high and low for a one. He made sure I got the VIP treatment.
