I was stranded waiting for a truck to come fetch me and my trailer that was 3 hours away and they opened up their break room for me to wait at 9pm so not waiting outside in dark. You do not find that kind of service anymore. Our company does many construction jobs in the Marion Illinois area and these guys will be on our speed dial when any of our trucks go down! We made it to the store and was sitting there with our hood up (pretty sure it was the alternator) and a few minutes before opening they came out to help us buy testing the alternator and getting us what we needed. Another man came in...and helped us out by leading us to a mechanic that Napa hooked us up with....it drained 1/4 mile away and this guy pulled us the rest of the way. The mechanic was closed on Saturday...but put the new alternator on for us. We feel blessed by 3 individuals in Salem, IL. Thank you Napa for helping us and leading us to the right people.

My vehicle wouldnt start and he went to check it where it was at Caseys in Lacon and to save a tow fee towed it back to his shop. Now he had initially told me it would be November before he could look at it but looked at it same day and fixed it. He also showed my son where to look if it happened again to possibly fix it.
