James Edward Im not going to try talk bad about this place. From what I hear they do a really good job on everything they work on. My only thing is if you have to pay out of pocket they seem to be a little pricier than a lot of places. That may be because of their quality of work and the quality of parts they use. I called for an estimate on my transmission and they guy that took my call was very nice and helpful. He told me it would be pricey and called me right back in under five minutes with a quote. He was right and it was more than I could afford so I had to go somewhere else. But that doesnt mean I would not recommend them. I would definitely give these guys a call if you need work done and see what they have to offer.

Ashley Pineda Walter’s a great person literally could not stress it enough. Car wouldnt work he dropped me off at my hotel and even gave me a ride somewhere else. He was great help and a nice guy. Kept my car for a few days while another towing shipping company came to deliver it all the way to Atlanta. Great service and company !

I could not have been more pleased with the speed in which they got us in and our problem resolved but more impressive was the customer service we received. They called me and explained the situation and answered all of my questions. Definitely a great experience!!!

Larry Ohms Bob and his son are great mechanics. I had my car worked on a few times elsewhere. These guys were able to identify the problem quickly. Repair was done right. Honesty and professional service is difficult to find today. I Highly recommend Bobs auto! (A large diesel mechanic shop that also works on all cars and trucks.)

James Edward I recently got in touch with this place for fixing my transmission. The girl was very friendly and helpful. The price seemed to be very good and affordable. The only thing is she told me they were very busy and it would take me a month to get my vehicle done. That doesnt mean I wont recommend them. Like I said I was given a good estimate and I wish I could have gone here. I needed my vehicle done faster than they could get to due to the high volume of people scheduling work. But I would give these guys a call and see what they could do for you they seem like a good business to use.

Olivia Bierman Brandon is always so quick to get me in to the shop. I drive back and forth out of state, and he always does my tune ups and makes sure everything is safe for me! Super great prices, and probably the best customer service I have received in an auto shop. As a woman, I don’t feel overcharged and he takes the time to explain everything to me in terms I can understand and if it’s super important to take care of now or can wait. Very honest, and great customer service! Thank you again!

Stephen Richards My battery left me Dead in the parking lot after work at 11:00 pm. Anthony McAllis. Had my phone number and came to pick up my car up on the company rollback. He delivered my Toyota Ravv 4 to the shop to put in a new battery. He kept in contact with me the whole time both texting and picked up my 2017 vehicle. Again superior service and new battery was put in vehicle after diagnostic test were performed by Brough Automotive or Landers.

Brenda Line We started having vehicle issues right before we got into town. We made it to the store and was sitting there with our hood up (pretty sure it was the alternator) and a few minutes before opening they came out to help us buy testing the alternator and getting us what we needed. Another man came in...and helped us out by leading us to a mechanic that Napa hooked us up with....it drained 1/4 mile away and this guy pulled us the rest of the way. The mechanic was closed on Saturday...but put the new alternator on for us. We feel blessed by 3 individuals in Salem, IL. Thank you Napa for helping us and leading us to the right people.

Andrew Weaver I dropped a semi radiator off that I thought was leaking. He tested it out throughly but couldn’t find a leak. And when I asked what I owe him, he said nothing because I didn’t do anything. He most certainly had the right to charge a service fee. Definitely can’t go wrong with him! Highly recommend

Danny B. The best tire shop I’ve ever been to - bottom line! I’m from out of town and needed 2 new steer tires for my truck! Everybody that works there from the mechanics to the front desk are very professional and know what they’re doing! They got me in right away - and gave me a really good deal ! Trenton Pearson Brought my 95 f250 in to have the canter adjusted because of tire wear on the side. Got it home and took it off to make sure they did it because they kept acting weird. Wasnt even touched. Took the ball joint out and adjusted the canter sleeve myself. Then I bring my navigator in to have the valve stems replaced. The next day with a front flat. They tell me it was bad o ring. Said theyd swap em out. Called me later saying they refuse to swap it and I must buy there valve stem with no electronic pressure sensor. So I did. The next day another goes flat. I literally tightened them up and only one has a slow leak. Im just gonna replace the o ring I guess. And when they took my old valve stem out they took plumber plyers to it so I couldnt even get a refund from the original place I bought them. The day before I even put it in they had a guy in there that was livid with them. My brothers been screwed by them. I just dont understand it. And they will laugh at you right in your face.

Then- This lady called around found me one on the route I was already on and told them I was headed there. These are the kind of people who make life on the road a little more bearable, Im sorry I dont recall her name, but I am at the other mechanic and they are getting it done... thank you maam. That was kind of you to do that.

Kaidyn Predium Russell’s garage is amazing. The workers do a great job with my car and they always get done in a timely manner. The workers is always great and the price is even better. Russell is very informative and lets me know what is going on. He was also able to squeeze me in a couple times which is great. I will always recommend him to everyone.
