We made it to the store and was sitting there with our hood up (pretty sure it was the alternator) and a few minutes before opening they came out to help us buy testing the alternator and getting us what we needed. Another man came in...and helped us out by leading us to a mechanic that Napa hooked us up with....it drained 1/4 mile away and this guy pulled us the rest of the way. The mechanic was closed on Saturday...but put the new alternator on for us. We feel blessed by 3 individuals in Salem, IL. Thank you Napa for helping us and leading us to the right people.

My vehicle wouldnt start and he went to check it where it was at Caseys in Lacon and to save a tow fee towed it back to his shop. Now he had initially told me it would be November before he could look at it but looked at it same day and fixed it. He also showed my son where to look if it happened again to possibly fix it. Above and beyond service and only charged me $50.00. Wow I cant say enough thank yous!!!!

Ellen Prater: Took my car to them with some front end issues. They quoted me $1770 to fix it. Decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. The other mechanic fixed it perfectly for $530, said the part itself was only a $200 part. Took him the same amount of hours to fix it as performance had said and he did the Job $1200 cheaper. I’d say if you’re tight for money I wouldn’t take your vehicles here. Or at least get a second opinion before you just pay them.
