5 /5 Brenda Line: We started having vehicle issues right before we got into town. We made it to the store and was sitting there with our hood up (pretty sure it was the alternator) and a few minutes before opening they came out to help us buy testing the alternator and getting us what we needed. Another man came in...and helped us out by leading us to a mechanic that Napa hooked us up with....it drained 1/4 mile away and this guy pulled us the rest of the way. The mechanic was closed on Saturday...but put the new alternator on for us. We feel blessed by 3 individuals in Salem, IL. Thank you Napa for helping us and leading us to the right people.

5 /5 Jason White: Probably the best parts store ever along with the employees they dont have to look at the computer to go get the part you need because they pretty much know already unlike the other parts stores and even after the computer tells them they still dont know what theyre doing
