3 /5 Reham: Edit: The practice Director of Smile Doctors reached out to me shortly after I posted my review. I learned that Jaqlyn, whom I had texted, is no longer with them, which explains why I didnt receive a response. They are taking steps to address the situation and ensure my daughter is happy with her smile. I will update my review again after our scheduled appointment, but for now, I can say that the administration is committed to satisfying all of their patients.

My daughter recently had her braces removed, and I received a couple of automated messages from the office asking for feedback about Smile Doctors. Before writing this review I contacted Jaqlyn via text message but she didn’t reply!!
Few years ago, my older son had an excellent experience with Dr. Chladny, however, we are very disappointed with my daughter’s journey. I attended all of her appointments and waited for her in the lobby. As we approached the time for her braces to be removed, no one informed me about this significant event. Moreover, no one came out to discuss the next steps, especially since she has a missing tooth. At the beginning of her treatment, Dr. Chen mentioned that we could coordinate with her dentist regarding what should be done after the braces were removed, but this never happened. I believe Dr. Chen has left Smile Doctors or was unavailable for the last few appointments.
On the day my daughter had her braces removed, I was shocked. No one informed me that this was the scheduled day for removal, and she herself was surprised as she thought it would happen soon, but not that day. They handed her the retainer without discussing anything with me. When I asked the lady at the front desk no appointment for her? she simply said, “No! That’s it! she is done!”
Naturally, when we left, my daughter was in tears and didn’t feel excited about getting her braces off due to the poor appearance of her missing tooth, which had been hidden by the braces. I took her to her dentist afterward, and he expressed disappointment that her orthodontist hadn’t coordinated with him before the retainer was scanned. He provided a better-looking temporary solution for her missing tooth, but we had to get a new retainer because the one from the smile Doctors office did not fit anymore.
I am truly disappointed at the way they ended up this journey and also disappointed that they did not even reply to my message.
Smile doctors is not the same as it used to be!!!
