I had an emergency root canal done by Tom and for the first time in my life, after visiting a dentist, I had work done and didnt have pain the following day with the completed work. With every other dentist Ive visited, something always hurts the next day, usually some of the needle pokes from the anesthetics but not this time.
No pain, No swelling, No discomfort whatsoever. A bit more expensive than I was expecting but they earned it this time. Thank you very much. I really appreciate professionals who are exceptional at their craft.
Sometimes, however, things will occasionally disappoint. I was transferred from Toms book to Jessicas book after I scheduled some additional work I wanted done only to find out 3 weeks later at my appointment that I would be getting referred out. I dont know if Tom was planning to do the work or if Jessica just wasnt comfortable with it, but I really wish it hadnt taken 3 weeks to find out at the last minute.
