5 /5 Peaceful Hippy: I went into the salon to have my hair colored and cut by Tracy. The color was okay for the most part. However, the cut was nothing more than a hack job. The left side is far shorter than the right side. It doesnt blend in with the lenght in the back. I am going to have to find someone to fix it. Ill have to chop about 2 inches of lenghth inorder to even it back out which will be hair that I just spent alot of money on to have colored. I have never been more disappointed with a haircut and I cant get over how this was even allowed to happen.
Update: The owner of the salon got back to me right away and offered me the opportunity to come back in, to remedy the problem, which I did. I am extremely happy with the results and more than appreciative of their willingness to get me in and work with me until I was happy. I will be back to this salon.
