When it curls the highlights and baby lights give my hair such great dimension! My husband loves me to straighten my hair so we went with a blow out too, which I think is a happy medium! Knocked it out of the park and had a blast while getting pampered!

RAGS Hair Studio - Rockford Katie Torres: My son got his first hair cut with Devin , she was so kind & patient! Even got down on the ground with him to accommodated him ! Such an amazing experience ❤️

DeMarco & Co. Hair Productions - Rockford V Kuhl: Well.....it was nice and all. Clean and tidy and friendly. The stylist took over an hour to cut my hair which is only as long as the bottom of my ears. I asked for an asymmetrical cut as that is what i needed trimming. She seemed to not know what an asymmetrical cut was. Then she argued as to what I wanted. I just dont understand how I can get what I want from my regular company which is not in this area and another stylist does not understand what an asymmetrical cut is. How one stylist can take 20 minutes and another one take over an hour. And then to be charged $50 for a short hair trim! Nope. This is not my place. I tried. And in the end it wasnt what I wanted.

Miguel Angel Hair Studio - Oakland tiger tastic: Excellent experience. Miguel is super sweet, gentle, and friendly. He listens to what you want and executes to perfection. He is quick, affordable, and available by appointment. Just call and receive the present of his presense. Honestly, Ive been to hair dressers all around the world who sometimes charge a heck of a lot more, but his delivery is the best, bar none.

Touch of Thread - Susanville Georgia Bennett: My absolute favorite place to go, Majeet is the best in the business. I would travel hours to get my eyebrows threaded by her. She is such a joy. And a wonderful soul, I highly recommend Auntie Majeet!

Phenix Salon Suites - Roseville Krissy G: Zero stars. Christina Haley didnt bother to give the layered haircut I showed a picture of. Did half of what pic showed. Laziest cut quickest cut ever. Left me w/ugly yellow highlights. Due to rinsing off toner in quickest time ever processed only 7-10 mins. Didnt do chunky highlights as asked in front, (even showed a pic) and gave highlights that were much lighter than wanted. Left my fine hair breaking off quite a bit. I had even explained prior to service, that bleach on my hair too long would do this. Never had this happened and even she said my hair was in excellent condition. Wont be back & dont recommend. Should have listened to the Groupon reviews that stated she rushes appts, not too mention she denies doing this. Will take your money but didnt want to do anything right. PASS!! Not a lot of common sense & too much attitude.

ONYX HAIR SALON - San Jose Virginia Chavez: I started going to paulina in October of 2023 after a devastating divorce. I came in to feel better about myself in a rough time, and I am so grateful I did. I always receive the best care and customer service every time I stop by. I initially came to paulina with babylights and she was able to transition me to plantmum blond in multiple sessions per her advice. When I first came to her my hair was very dry and was not in the best condition, but she educated me on what products to use and helped me get my hair to a strong healthy state for being bleached. Her mother Rocio has also done work on my hair and I always love when she is around in the salon. Rocio is the sweetest, and makes the energy very warm and loving. I never dread my hair appointments because I always have a great time catching up with them. The salon is very clean and cozy. Paulina and I have done so many different things with my hair and tried lots of different colors, but the best part is she treats my hair with so much care that my hair quality is better than what I came with. Ive moved to south San Francisco and I still drive to paulina for my appointments. I am so grateful to have found such a fun and caring hairstylist who has the knowledge to educate me on how to care for my hair. Thank you so much paulina and Rocio I love you guys !
