    Jose G Camacho Jr: Second time I’ve been to Carpenter Auto & Transmission. The first time was for the water pump, early last year and this week for the rear brakes. Service is always great and the work, excellent. The Staff is friendly and will let you know what needs to be done before they start the work. Hopefully I won’t need any major work done for a while, but if I do Carpenter’s will be my go to Auto repair shop.

    LadyFi: Had a oil change here last year and didnt know until this year that my oil wasnt changed, just the filter! oil was very black like molasses, and while there I asked Tom Tom to drive my van to see if he heard the noise anybody can clearly hear when my car was on he said he didnt hear a thing but told me my car was raggedy! long story short I was ripped off! Never again!

    Mike Outdoors: I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Nate and Neil were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job finding me the correct aluminum radiator for my antique car. They kept me informed on progress and parts decisions. I would like to give the credit deserved to Trevor who performed the installation. He went above and beyond and completed a professional job that exceeded my expectations. The installation looks and performs like it should. Fair price and highly recommend them for your auto needs.

Ive had taken my car to multiple places to see why my car wasnt starting happy car got it to where I no longer have to jump my car after a year and a half dealing with it and multiple batteries. I also took my car to napeltons to get my brakes fixed they quoted me $2700 ridiculous. Happy Car charged me half that. I would recommend them 1000% of the time. All the guys were amazing and friendly. I dont remember all their names but Seth was the one I was working with and he was the best. Not forgetting Austin either (if I remember his name correctly). Each and everyone is great!

    Natasha Barrett: Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They let me drop my van off the night before, so I didn’t have to just leave it on the side of the road with the keys under the mat. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I’m more than satisfied. Oh—and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing—everyone’s all smiles, and they don’t rush you out the door. They’re happy to chat or explain what’s going on with your car. Just an all-around great place.
