1 /5 Payton Denzer: Yesterday I booked an appointment for a blow out style for a funeral I was attending. 9am was my appointment time, before I went to sleep saw the appointment was for 9-9:45 so with the amount of hair I have I prepared by washing my hair the night previous to the appointment and made sure I was dry, once I had arrived I had mentioned that I wasn’t sure the appointment time was appropriate, and she assured me they she could get it done. Before I left I had mentioned a couple things I was not happy with (the amount of frizz and the dampness of my hair). She assured me it was “just cold” however went over a small section in the back, as well as quickly went over the front “money pieces with a straighter she just turned on so it wasn’t even hot. After the “attempted” fix I was not in the mood to keep mentioning things (and was unaware of what the back look like) so I left. Once I arrived home my friend took a look and showed me that the underside was damp and starting to wave like my natural texture. Once I saw this I promptly called to mention the state of my hair since I paid for a service and got these terrible results. The owner then argued with me that her work was fine, that with the amount of hair I have it was worth more than what I paid. I mentioned that she did not have an option to book above shoulder length or below so I was unable to pay more for my service. However before the service she did not mention the amount of hair I had was a problem. She let me know that she had a spare 15 minutes at the moment that I could come back and pay more money to have her flat iron my hair, and at the point I was already 30 minutes away at my home. Or I could come back at 4pm which was the time of my function. After arguing with me about my hair she told me she would refund me the money for the service and not the tip. This place has horrible customer service and I will never be returning. (These photos were taken by another stylist before they fixed my hair)

5 /5 Meilin Fields: Ramona was truly incredible, so amazingly talented and an expert in Blonde!!! She did such a beautiful job on my cut and color, with the most gorgeous shadow root that perfectly blends into my natural hair. 100/10 would recommend you see my girl Ramona!!

1 /5 anna: Before you book a stylist do your research and do it again. I’m not naming any stylist, but I have brunette hair, I’ve been blonde before with no problems, so I decided to switch it up. I ended up getting red roots and banding. I talked to the person who did my hair that this is a concern, obviously and received half of my money back. So, I now have red roots which I am not a red head in any possible way, banding with gold, and I needed to find a new person to do my hair who does specialize in blonde hair. Again, do your research please.
