1 /5 Ally Piper: I went in for a hair appointment with Emily because I had seen some of her work and liked it. But 12 hours later, whole weekend wasted, and out $200 for literally nothing. My hair was green, blue, orange and grey. Literally 4 different colors! And not one were the color I wanted. I simply wanted some light blonde put in my hair but that’s definitely not what I got. I had to box dye my hair back myself because it was too late for me to get in anywhere and I could not walk around looking like how she left my hair. She made it seem like I had miscommunicated what I wanted. But when I went back to get it fixed I literally told her I just wanted to at least get it all the same color so I didn’t look like I had 4 different types of color in my hair and she said well i miscommunicated what color blonde I wanted. There was no blonde in my hair!!! My hair was anything but blonde!! I loved her as a person and she was great to talk to but she just didn’t know what she was doing at all. My poor hair went through way too much and it was so healthy before! And then she proceeded to block me after she told me I could contact her if I wanted to come back for her to try to fix it for the 3rd time!!!! Really?! Will definitely not be going back ever.
